They have a great selection and the people that work there are amazing! the lady who assisted my fiance and I pick out the perfect ring was so sweet and genuine and made the whole experience one to remember. I absolutely love my ring (Salt and pepper diamond, which I had no idea was even a thing) It is so classic while also being different. They really are in the business to help and put smiles on faces! highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience! I had previously received a quote at another jewelry shop for the same custom ring and not only was the price from Connections more competitive, but they made several adjustments and made certain that the ring was *exactly* what I wanted. Love this jewelry store for repairs, purchasing unique jewelry and trading in jewelry (received a great offer) I no longer wear. Customer service was amazing and I love how they aren't aggressive or try to get you to purchase something new. We will definitely continue to use them for repairs and for purchasing jewelry. Love that it's in Proctor and we can support local business. Prices are great and not marked up. Highly recommend and it was hard leaving without something new.
