Shawn booked our Hawaii honeymoon. We were booked into amazing hotels, in perfect areas of the island. The rooms were in prime locations of the hotels and the staff was extremely accommodating and all knew that it was our honeymoon. The rental cars were ready and waiting for us and we were actually upgraded in Maui at no charge because they didn’t have the type of car we wanted. Shawn was extremely responsive and worked with us through numerous changes and updates. 5 stars only because we couldn’t give 6!

Shawn was extremely professional and helpful when planning our Jamaican vacation! He was very informative on the whole process from hotels to airfare and excursions, etc. He was very responsive when myself or my husband had any questions. I had the pleasure of booking with Shawn for yet another international vacation. This year I went to Jamaica for my birthday and he helped tremendously on the area & location of the hotel. When I first came to him, I had a few hotel locations in mind. He was very knowledgeable about the hotels so he was able to give a lot of insight on which one to really choose. He’s very personable and met every need / answered every question that I had which put me at ease. Shawn has been amazing yet again, and will definitely continue use him for future services.

Shawn provided excellent service in helping us find the perfect honeymoon destination. He was responsive, helpful, and a great communicator. Through each step of the process, Shawn went out of his way to help us. When we had trouble at the resort, he even helped us by contacting the property. Shawn worked with me and my family to plan a fabulous vacation to Italy and then a Mediterranean cruise. He was very responsive - always emailing or calling back very quickly. He really listened to what we wanted and came up with excellent recommendations and dealt with numerous requests/changes that arose during the booking process. Unfortunately we had to cancel the entire trip due to the COVID-19 pandemic but Shawn was even more outstanding during that process. We dealt with Shawn for two vacations. One a cruise and land trip to Alaska which was amazing. The other a planned trip to Italy in Spring 2020, which unfortunately we were unable to go. Thru all the planning process for both trips with our numerous questions Shawn was amazing, knowledgeable and always friendly. Even tho we didn’t make the Italy trip he was always helpful in dealing with numerous companies and we were able to get a total refund. He planned an amazing trip handling all the transportation details for us and we look forward to dealing with him in the future when travel restrictions
