Visited Augusta Vin on a recent girlfriends trip to Austin and we had a great time! It was only a quick drive away from Austin to get to Fredericksburg, so an easy day trip. We arrived right as they were opening, so we hung around the grounds for a bit before starting our tasting. The space is lovely - there is a huge outdoor area with tables, a gazebo, and plenty of green space overlooking their expansive vineyards. They also have a patio with a decent amount of seating and a large indoor area with a rooftop section (reserved for club members). We were seated on the patio, and luckily, our hostess

I came here as part of a bachelorette party and not only is it a beautiful winery but everyone was so nice and friendly including our waiter David! He took his time to explain the different tasting notes of the wines and helped us purchase some of our favorites at the end. I would 100% recommend this place based off of David's friendly attention to our party.

Absolutely beautiful winery in Fredericksburg. I am so glad we came here. My friend was visiting from out of town, and after a little research, I chose this winery because of the promise of good wine with gorgeous views. I was not disappointed. The view is beautiful, and the architecture is lovely. The wine was good, and the service is excellent. David was incredibly knowledgeable and took fantastic care of us. He even customized the wine tasting for what he thought I might enjoy after I explained my preferences to him. I also very much appreciated how, unlike other wineries in Fredericksburg,

This was our second time at Augusta Vin and it just solidified why we became members the first time we came. The grounds are stunning, even in the winter, and the servers are truly some of the most down to earth people! Whether you know a lot about wine, or a little, they’ll meet you where you’re at. Multiple of their wines have won awards at the Uncorked competition at the Houston Rodeo (heyooo where my Houston people at) and when you get the tasting you can tell why! You can’t go wrong with the mixed or red tasting (coming from a primarily red drinker). 10/10 recommend the members area

I took the tour of the winery and tasting. There are many wineries that I have toured in Texas, California and different parts of the world. The wine is produced in small batches and they had a very good selection. Our tour guide Mollie made the experience over the top. She was fun, had lots of knowledge, easy going and made sure everyone enjoyed their time. Laura is the manager and she was able to get me on a sold out tour. I would definitely recommend the tour at the winery if you are in Fredericksburg, Texas!

We had a great experience. It's a beautiful location and building with a lot of vines (not the symbolic few rows of some other wineries in the area). Our server, Stacey, was warm, fun, informative and such a joy to interact with. The vision of what this winery is seeking to create is elegant. Excited to see how they mature alongside the vines and vintages.

Love it here. We’re members here and at some other vineyards near Fredericksburg. Members perks are decent, scenery is beautiful. Staff friendly. A food menu item that’d do really well here would be a flatbread pizza of some sort.
It’d be awesome if they installed a couple Tesla or EV chargers in the parking lot like some of the other wineries have. But great views, especially from upstairs

It’s a beautiful winery inside , as well as the outside grounds. Beautiful views overlooking the vineyards. Our host was Sue , she was very friendly and informative about the wines . She gave me some extra… ones to try that weren’t included in the tasting . The homemade chocolate truffles were sooo good and paired so well with the wine :). We left happy and purchased a few bottles of red and white to enjoy at home 🍷! We’ll be back :)

Was so excited about this winery for my moms 50th birthday. Her friends came in from out of town and we decided to visit for a few glasses of wine before lunch. When we got here the host was very annoyed that we didn't make reservations and told us to find our own open seats. I told her I was a wine member and it made her even more annoyed. After making us feel uncomfortable she sat us down and told us she could sit us in the members only section for an hour and we had to be out because reservations were made for others. This was our first stop and we didn't mind only having an hour.

My boyfriend and I went to this winery, our first winery experience in Texas. I must say it was beautiful, especially being in hill country! The tour guide was knowledgeable and attentive, live performance (3 swings and a miss) was awesome, and the local wine was superb. Definitely recommend and returning! 10/10

Augusta Vin is one of the prettiest places in Fredericksburg! Exceptional service and exceptional views! Everything about this gorgeous vineyard is a delight to the senses! Be sure to ask for Adam when you… arrive and you’ll have excellent recommendations readily available to you. Their Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve pairs wonderfully well with their dark chocolate truffles.

Wine…..check, food…..check, scenery…..check, music…..check, company…..well that’s up to you but, the service, scenes and wine are amazing. Chuck was our server and he was so good. He didn’t push too much about the wine club and honestly if we weren’t members of another winery then we would have bought into it. I did the red tasting and everything was exceptional.

Was very excited to visit this winery. Wanted to have the full experience so we booked a tour that includes a tasting. Called to ensure that we were able to bring our small service dog that fits in a bag for the tour. When we checked in at the front desk, we had our dog with us, we were greeted by the hostess who gave us instructions on where to wait for the tour to start. We patiently waited and once the tour was about to start the guide told us they couldn't let us on the tour with the dog. I understand if that is your policy, however, it would have been helpful if that was clarified when

Came here on a weekday for a tasting. Make sure you reserve online! A res gets you an hour inside, and then you are welcome to relax outside and order by the glass/bottle. We tried the rose/sweet wine tasting, which was a flight of 4 wines. The first was a dry rose, then a less dry rose, a sweet wine, and then a sweet red. The server was very kind and welcoming. The ambiance is gorgeous. They sell bottled water only. Their pours are on the smaller side (1oz) compared to some other places, but it was a wonderful experience overall!

Nice to spend an afternoon here. We had a wine tasting they give you five samples or 4 depending your selection. There's also a small selection of snacks to chose from to pair with your wine. we chose a charcuterie board. We got an extra glass of wine and spend some time in the yard. The Vineyard is pet friendly as many people had pets outside. It's awesome because they also allow you to walk through the vineyard between the grapes. They offer a membership program with special access to the balcony and a private seating area. Beautiful Scenery and awesome staff that know wine.
