The innovative and patented Multiwave Locked System (MLS) Therapy Laser was developed in an effort to produce an efficient and simultaneous effect on pain, inflammation, and edema, exceeding the limits of traditional LLLT (low power) and concerns of HP (high power) laser therapy. MLS technology delivers therapeutic wavelengths, 808nm (anti-edemic and anti-inflammatory) and 905nm (analgesic), allowing a tissue penetration depth of 3-4 cm.

Brachymetatarsia is characterized by a shorter than usual metatarsal bone, one of the five long bones in the feet that end in the toes. This causes one of the toes to be 'pulled back' from the rest, or overlap the others. If more than one of the long bones of the foot is affected, it is known as brachymetapody.
Bunions, or 'hallux valgus, ' are a common foot condition characterized by a 'bump' on the side of the foot, typically just below the big toe. As this bump grows larger, it can force the big toe over the second toe, causing pain and difficulty walking. The definitive cause of bunions has yet to be identified.

I would like to tell the community how proud I am to have Dr. Machado here in West Kendall. She is my dad's doctor and I don't have enough words to express how grateful I am to have her as his doctor. She was able to remove a crystal from my dad's foot that we thought was impossible to do it in the outpatient setting, but thank to her that was possible. I would like to recommend Dr. Machado and her staff as one of the most knowledgeable and professional doctors we have in Miami. 150% recommended !!!!!

I just had surgery at WKB with Dr. Machado on Thursday the 19th. First i was very impressed with rhe fact my appointment was at 1:30 and I was seen at 1:30. The staff is cery kind and sweet. At the hospital Dr. Machado was again right on time. I can say my surgery is extremely painful. I have had a very rough time but I rarely write reviews however I had to take the time to write how amazing Dr. Machado is. On Friday she saw me because I felt something like it was stabbing me. Without hesitation she asked me to go and fixed rhe problem. I ran out of pain medication and left a message on their answering

Michelle in Customer service is the best, very pleasant and booking an appointment with her is easy. Dr. Machado is very professional, compassionate and makes any procedure on your nails or feet very comfortable.
