I have lived here for almost two years and i love it, i would recommend it to anyone!! The amenities are great! I love being able to go tanning and workout in the same building, the swimming pool along with basketball and volleyball courts is a great plus to living here. The maintenance crew is great whenever there’s a problem they are super quick in fixing it!! I also love that each roommate gets there own bedroom and bathroom! They also allow pets which is great, my roommate has the cutest cat!

Absolutely love it here! The staff is so friendly and always willing to answer any question you may have! They have such great amenities and includes so much; gym, yoga room, free tanning, pool, computer room, study lounge, pool table, etc. Love everything offered and all the events they put on to make everybody feel at home here!

In my 4 bedroom, we EACH have our own bathroom which I LOVE, and each unit has it’s OWN washer and dryer which makes laundry day so much easier! Maintenance shows up same day we put an order in, and the staff is always super accommodating and friendly. The clubhouse is now open 24/7 which is amazing; getting packages is very easy, going to the gym, study rooms etc. Granite kitchen island and bedrooms desks are a plus! The price is great for (near) off-campus living! Only thing is kitchen and bedrooms were not throughly cleaned before move in.

I love Campus Pointe! I have been living here for two years now and plan on staying here again next year! The CP team is extremely nice and helpful and maintenance is always on top of things. I love the luxury of having my own private bathroom and the rooms are a good size. Not to mention the pool and the in-unit laundry! That’s definitely a plus.

So far I am loving this place. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The maintenance staff is also excellent. They are all very friendly, professional, and helpful. I am currently renting a 4x4 standard apartment and my rent is $670/month + $50/month for electric. That's a grand total of $720 a month for my own bed and bathroom. Personally, I think it is worth it. The location of the apartment complex is wonderful. It is very close to campus and near many restaurants. My apartment is very spacious as well. The common area (kitchen and living room) is surprising large. The bathroom in my room

I have lived at Campus Pointe for 2-years now and will be moving out after I graduate in a month. I have had good and bad experiences with them. The price is slightly higher than I originally wanted to pay when i was planning on moving off campus, but when you take into consideration everything that comes with the apartment, I just ended up going with it. Things have broken in the apartment and maintenance has always been fast to fix things. When I bring questions up to the staff in the office though, sometimes it will take a long time to get an answer and I have to keep on going back to ask the

The staff in the majority is quite helpful but not quite knowledgeable. Often times questions are left unanswered but (most) are polite when you do need to reach out to them. For the ones that are not polite or helpful, they treat you almost as if you horrifically murdered their first born child. Not a very inviting community for the unfortunate price you have to pay for mediocre housing.

It pains me that you can't give minus stars. The best thing I can say for this place is how nice it is when the students go home for the summer. If you're looking to stay awake until 6 am because you love hearing drink, spoiled kids' every slurred innane thought or step in dogcrap, this is the place for you. Way to keep it classy.

Campus Pointe has one nice feature: the granite countertops. That's about it.
I lived above very loud neighbors. After talking to management, they encouraged me to call the police, who would issue the residents a noise violation. The management told me after three police written noise violations, the students would be evicted. I was then told (after police informed Campus Pointe about the noise violations) that the three-noise-violations-and-you're-out policy, was NOT their policy. To sum it up, I spent countless nights awake due to my rowdy neighbors who partied until 5 AM with 40

Upon hearing about Campus Pointe apartments I was elated. I was happy to find an "upper class" apartment in Kent, OH. Once arriving to the actual apartment I was very impressed. Everything seemed neat and orderly.
Months back, Campus Pointe placed a new girl into the apartment with me. I was very excited to have someone new to spend time with. However, this excitement soon fizzled out when her boyfriend began living in our apartment. After talking to her about the problem and realizing it couldn't be resolved between the two of us, I approached Campus Pointe management. At first
