Complete IRS certified copy of the previous 2 years of tax returns or a copy of the last 2 years tax transcripts from the IRS (self-employed only).

I do not live there, so I can only judge by the one apartment I have seen. A friend has an apartment on the 1st floor. It is wheelchair accessible. On the plus side, it is fairly spacious. He has 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a kitchen/living room area. The larger bedroom has a big walk-in closet; the smaller one has a double closet, and shelves & racks are low enough to reach from a wheelchair. On the negative side, The kitchen is not really adequate. There are no drawers for cutlery or cooking utensils. There are cupboards up above, but little down below, making kitchen storage a problem for him, being

I've had to change my review on this place a couple of times now so here's the whole scoop... 3 stars because the good is very good and the bad is very bad.
The good: very nice apartments for those 55 and better. Pets are allowed. Keyed/intercom entry. Wheelchair accessible entrance + elevators. Laundry on each floor.
The bad: Entire building is supposed to be smoke free but there's a heavy smoker on the 1st floor and I've heard also on the third floor (but I only know of the 1st floor). Second floor has always smelled fine. However, a man passed away on the second floor...when squad carried
