To tour our floor plans and see what amenities may be available, please call us at (303) 272-9642. Parking passes must be hanging from rearview mirror while parked on property. Residents can park in any parking space excluding employee parking, handicap unless they have the appropriate signange and future resident parking.

Everything about this apartment complex is just horrible. The staff are so rude to you and don't actually care about you besides your money. They will try to find anything to get every cent out of you. When I moved in it was during covid and everything in my apartment was beyond dirty I have no words to even describe how disgusting it was. You could just tell no one stepped foot in there and they just slapped a "disinfected" sticker on the door. Not to mention everything was broken and I had tried all year to try and get them to fix or replace all the broken furniture but no instead they decided

I used to live at The Province for my junior and senior year at Kent State. I can say that I enjoyed my experience from the office staff and the maintenance team! They were quick to help and provided me with great service whenever I had a work order. Additionally, Province is located right across campus which is great when I was a business student.

Before I graduated, I had the opportunity to use the Province for one of my org events and Hannah R helped me and my board members with where things were in the clubhouse and even showed us around! Her hospitality and kindness is one of a kind! I definitely would recommend asking for Hannah if you are looking for an apartment from Province!

Now I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to highlight the exceptional customer service that I have received while living at the province. I especially would like to commend Hannah in the leasing office for her dedication and professionalism. She even helped me when I got locked out of my room a couple times. She was always eager to help! The province needs more employees like Hannah.

The Province at Kent was a great place to live well attending Kent State. Best part is it was very close to classes, has friendly office staff, and of course within walking distance to downtown. The Maintenance team truly helped with any issue that we had. Also when it came to reviewing our options for renewing our lease Hannah was able to explain and answer every question we had. I truly appreciate the time that was taken to follow up with all of us to make sure we understood the whole process.

I lived at The Province for 3 years and loved every one of them! The location was my favorite aspect. Anytime I had an issue, they would fix it right away. The most helpful person in the office was Hannah as she would always go out of her way to make sure I had the information that I needed! Wish I could give Hannah 6/5 stars! I miss living here.
