My son had a wisdom tooth removed, and the procedure was super fast; he hardly had any pain after the first day, and the team was very helpful and friendly with the whole process. I knew then that I had found the right surgeon to take care of my own wisdom teeth removal, which was way overdue.
The ladies at the office went above and beyond with sharing all the information I needed to finally be able to do this. Dr. Colson did a great job during the consultation and surgery, and the whole team supported me with all the questions and

I am extremely impressed with San Tan oral Surgery! The entire staff was amazing the surgeon was super nice explained everything before she did it and I didn't feel a thing during the extraction of my wisdom tooth! I don't know what to say other than WOW I am impressed! Amazing amazing amazing!!!!

Best doctor and staff!!! Everyone in the office is so nice and warming Which made it easier to feel comfortable, needed to get a tooth extracted and I was extremely nervous but had some nitrous and everything happened so fast that it was all over!! I didn’t feel a thing was the best part. Whoever tries to give a negative review On this office is out of their mind in my opinion. Dr. Colson and her staff were straight up amazing! They all were attentive, responsive, kind and thorough in each of their roles! Dr. Colson took some extra time to explain the procedure options, how the extraction would impact the rest of my mouth and the actual process itself couldn't have gone any better! I had a wonderful experience at San Tan Oral Surgery. That's saying a lot after having a tooth pulled. Johanna guided me though out the whole process. Which really calmed my nerves. Dr. Colson had the tooth excised before i knew it. I did not remember the names of the other office staff or i would have shouted out their names as well. Everyone was so friendly and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this office if you need oral surgery.

Terrible customer service, and unsympathetic staff. Had an emergency and got a consultation in January, and was waiting on approval from my insurance. I called THREE times asking for info, after they said they would call me back and never did, and got brushed off until a receptionist told me the doctor would be out of state for two weeks! You could've told me that when I called the first time! After I learned this, I got my surgery done at a different dentist who offered me a same day appointment.
Then when I got the approval in the mail in February, it took them TWO MONTHS to call me for scheduling

My daughter needed an emergency wisdom teeth extraction and was originally told no appts available for 1 week.  I called and was able to get her an appointment the following morning at 9am.  On the day of the appointment an hour before the time Michelle called my daughter and wanted to push her appointment to another time. I was surprised the office wasn't more sympathetic considering they probably deal with emergency situations all the time. We do not recommend.
