Dr. Kent Howell and Dr. Nate Farley are both ADA recognized specialists in full mouth reconstructions, on teeth AND dental implants.

I highly recommend Dr Howell and the staff. I had been to 3 different dentist and they all told me different things about my teeth. One wanted to pull all my teeth on the top!! Dr Howell was honest and to the point about what needed to be done to my teeth. He never tryed to sell me anything and he saved me from having all my teeth pulled!! I went to get some work done that we talked about having done a few years ago when my health was much better. I recently suffered a stroke and my health has declined greatly. The Dr. Was very honest and said due to my bad health at almost 85 it would be best for me to forgo all the work at this time since I could still eat and chew ok. Extremely friendly and professional. I was terrified to get implants or any other work done on my mouth as the last place I went to put in dentures that caused pain for 10 years. When I finally got the courage to see someone I found Dr. Farley and his team at Revive. They talked me through everything and found out the problem with my dentures was excess bone which needed removed. Under anesthesia they were able to shave down the bone which made it possible for me to wear my dentures while my implant areas were healing. They are extremely gentle and make each visit comfortable for me. Thank you

I had excellent treatment all the way through the process of placement of an implant. I was very pleased with both doctors who expertise complimented one another. The office staff is friendly and professional. The whole experience went very well for me. My dentist had recommended another provider in the area to provide the service, and my cost was much less than the recommended provider which pleased me as well.

I first meet Dr. Howell in 2017 after running into a former patient of his and I must say, I was really impressed with his work. I scheduled a consultation with him soon after to see if he could help me with the multiple problems that affected my smile. I found Dr. Howell to be an attentive listener, professional and honest about what he could do for me and about my expectations. I completed my treatment plan in June 2020 and I'm very pleased with the outcome of the treatment I received. My husband is the one that goes here. He has been very happy with the work done and we have been treated very well. The only reason for only 4 stars is it is kind of hard to get hold of anyone there. I called for an appointment on a Wednesday and got a recording saying they would call back within 24 hours. By the next Monday we still had heard nothing so I called again. I was able to get an actual person and made the appointment for that Wednesday. Between Monday and Wednesday we were called three times to be reminded we had an appointment. When we got to the office, everyone was very friendly

Dr. Farley is the best dentist/surgeon I’ve ever had in my life, and over the years I’ve been to many.. He’s a perfectionist. He’s so kind and generous with his time and wants to get everything perfect for me. My teeth came in decayed when I was a child. They have been a problem my entire life and I’ve given up so much to try and keep them. After Dr. Farley had performed surgery, I left with a beautiful temporary set of teeth, and I feel so much better I cannot even begin to describe the happiness I feel. It's only been two days since Dr. Farley removed my remaining lower teeth & replaced them with an "AllOn4" & I have to say, it was my BEST dental experience ever!! Everybody has been so caring, encouraging & concerned with giving me the best outcome possible! And so far, they've been successful!

I should of left when the receptionist Christie was very short and snappy with me. After filling out the paper work I was asked to have my picture taken she asked me to take off my mask and I said I didn't want too she said never mind and walked away. When then started to do my scan they didn't even have a protection vest. I said I wasn't comfortable without a vest and said I was going to cancel my consultation. Dr. Farley was able to handle some big issues I was having. Three teeth extractions partnered with implants...unfortunately he was cleaning up from what previous dental work I had done back in California. It went so smooth and surprisingly I am up and about feeling great even right after surgery. Revive doesn't only do good work, it is work you can trust. Dr. Farley is amazing...don't even hesitate to see him...he is great!!!

I went into the office to get a quote on having upper and 4 in one done and Elodia told me she would call me back that they would try and work with me to weeks later I still have not gotten a call back the good thing is my mother let me the $24,000 that they were going to charge me to do my fourall in one the doctor was great Elodia never return phone calls never returned emails I will not go back to this Dentist nor will I recommend them .

I went to Advanced Dental looking for a solution to my denture problems. The answer was an All on 4 procedure which I was considering but the expense of the procedure was prohibitive and something I needed to work out. I told Elodia, the office manager, I needed to think about it. She insisted on setting an appointment and I said no I was still thinking it over. She wasn't listening to me and set an appointment without my consent. Basically this was a high pressure sales technique for this procedure. How do you thank someone who has changed your life? From the moment I walked into Dr. Howell's office, him and his entire staff treated me with care and respect. Since I was 18, I had had several dental procedures/restorations from Canada, the US, and more recently Mexico. I thought I could save some money by going to Mexico. Dr Howell and his team are wonderful. I have always had a fear of any kind of dental work, but Dr Howell and his team put me right at ease. They took the time to explain everything to me from step 1 to the end. They always took the time in answering questions I had. Dr Howell is great at what he does. Glad I found Dr Howell.
