Services
This package is required for all clients new to Pilates. These sessions are designed to help clients become familiar with the different Pilates apparatus. All new clients must complete this package before joining an apparatus class. Classes are limited to six clients to ensure proper execution of exercises.
The Rossiter system was designed to massage and release the connective tissue system that lays on top of our muscles. This tissue is called Fascia. Fascia also helps hold our muscles, bones and organs in place. When structural imbalance or injury occurs in the body, the larger muscle groups overwork to compensate for the imbalance.
My name is Carolyn Cook-Frisella. I began teaching Pilates in 2004. I was looking for something healthy to do to occupy my time while quitting smoking. I was never athletic, never involved in sports or dance and never thought of myself as coordinated or strong. I became certified with AFAA to teach Pilates mat based exercises in 2004 and taught in local gyms and studios.
