If you are currently taking duet sessions at the studio, each participant will be able to log in from their remote location via link provided by the studio. Available in a 30 minute or full session format.
3. Group classes via Zoom - Mat, Reformer on Mat. We are committed to ensuring the same quality instruction and attention you would receive at the studio. In order to do so, we are limiting the class size to up to 4 participants. The classes are 55 minutes long. For clients brand new to Pilates, we recommend taking private sessions first before joining a group class.

Services
Pilates Is a body conditioning method that promotes uniform development so the body functions at its maximum efficiency. It addresses not only core strength, but overall strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. You may be experiencing aches and pains related to age, injury, sedentary lifestyle, prolonged illness, pregnancy, or post surgery.
Once you become proficient in the Pilates methodology, you may choose to continue your private instructions or take our small (up to 5 clients) group classes or combine both. To help you further succeed, we will make every effort to provide you with enough instructions and tools so that you will be able to practice Pilates at home or while traveling.
A gift of health and wellness is a wonderful way to let someone know how much you care about them. We offer both in-studio and virtual lessons with high quality teaching that comes from years of experience. The gift certificate will be delivered to your email shortly or mail to you (per your request).
Your Pilates sessions will be modified to address your needs. In our 19 plus years of working with a wide array of population, we have established that Pilates stands alone as a proven method of easing or alleviating chronic pains. You will not only learn how to access and use your core muscles to develop proper body alignment and body mechanics, but also how to prevent further injuries.
We expect our students to thoroughly understand the principles and fundamentals of the method. We teach them to recognize and respect Pilates' conditioning and restorative attributes that define the method as a timeless and stand-alone discipline. In that spirit, we maintain original order of the exercises, emphasize transitions and the importance of precise instructions.
