I BEEN THREE MONTH ITS A NICE PLACE BUT IF YOU ARE A RETIRE SENIOR, READ AND ASK , BECAUSE YOUR RENT NOT INCLUDE IN THE WATER AND THE PARKING HE JUST TELLS YOU HOW MUCH IS THE RENT ONLY. WHEN YOU SIGN IS WHEN YOU SEE THE HIDE CHARGE.

The apartments here are very nice. My family and I moved to NPR a little over a year ago. In searching for living for my mother and mother-in-law from Massachusetts I had to do research from afar. In 1 month of firming up details, I dealt with a rotation of 3 new people. Finally got leases squared away and they moved in. In less than 1 year the monthly rent increased 4 times, over $100 month increase. This is senior housing, with people on fixed incomes. Within 8 months I had to scramble to find new housing for my mom's because they priced them out. They could no longer afford the monthly rent

This is such a Beautiful Place.. The apartments are very dated stainless steel appliances and granite counters with lots of space for my mother!! I moved her up this way thinking this will be the best place for her as well as being closer to me and my children!! The down fall of this place is that they are constantly coming over on a monthly basis to apparently checking on something, she can't never figure out what!! When signing the lease she was notified that a quarterly routine check will be made which is understandable. We get that they want to make sure the place is up to par. But maybe since
