As always, we appreciate all feedback. I apologize that you feel this way. I have an open-door policy and you know you can come talk to me anytime as you have before to let me know of the issues that you are having.
We love this community and do not want any of this kind of issues here that would disallow any of the residents to enjoy their homes. This behavior is unacceptable. Please come talk to me or call me so I can resolve the issue. This is a great community. We have residents that have been living here for 15 and even more than 20 years and it is my intention to make sure they keep enjoying

I am writing about an injustice done to a good friend who has lived and always paid rent and been a good tenant at Park At Ashley Place for over 12 years. They towed my friends car when he parked where he normally does and they called and had it towed, which cost him over $160.00 to get his car back. On a substitute teachers salary he cannot afford this and he wasn't warned beforehand and wasn't aware of the new policy. Nothing was posted in a visible place around the apartments, but when he asked for reimbursement he was denied This is very poor treatment of a reliable long time
