Called and asked a simple question and to get some information on the property. The lady that answered was very rude and tried to get off the phone immediately. I think of myself as a polite person and when you have a property manager that acts the way she did, Is very concerning. Hopefully this gets to the right person to at least have a conversation maybe we shouldn’t talk to potential future tenants in a demeanor that makes me never want to call back again. I never review companies but this one got under my skin.

Hands down the worse place I have ever lived, work orders take weeks to fix. Even had them not fix it and an say they did. Had some questions about our lease and called and Darcie refused to speak to me until I adamant about speaking with her and even waited on hold for her. They don’t maintain the facilities at all can’t get through to anyone unless you are looking to rent.

This has to be the worst place I have ever lived. They went against the lease and increased the monthly rent and tried to force residents into paying for cable, also not in the lease. They showed up unannounced to inspect apartments like it’s some kind of government subsidy. I left my apartment spotless, paid all my rent every month and still did not receive my deposit back and no one would contact me back after months of calls emails, visits to the property. They also never completed repairs and the complex became so bad my mother was afraid to walk the dog. Do yourself a favor and keep looking

I would like to give this place 0 stars but I can't. Ok let me say that inside the apartment is beautiful but that's it. The outside is filthy. I had to beg to have the apartment power washed twice in the year I lived their. I moved into a roach infested home. I was told you will see one or two roaches because we just sprayed. No, try hundreds (no exaggeration). It was disgusting. I bombed five times before I saw any difference. So approximately 6 weeks in before I wasn't worried that roaches would be running on me at night. Then, I didn't have hot water for a week. They broke my daughters shower

Nice land Scape and scenery. Love the pool. There’s a very larg club house with a kitchen that’s accessible to the residents, that’s great for birthday parties bingo etc. rob and Bianca are nice and helpful. Always have an educated and informative answer to your question. The maintenance man (Bobby) is very thorough and and professional. Neighbors are very nice and friendly.

I will be honest my first encounter was definitely a horrible experience the girl in the front office was awful sent people away instead of helping, however my husband and I went there today and met with Robert the property manager and he is truly an amazing person. Robert was very apologetic and sincere with his apology he did not just say sorry and brush he truly stepped up as a manager and took care of us today. I am going forward with the process to move there even though we were a little weary after the first encounter with the female in the office as the saying goes one bad seed can ruin

Tanya, Alicia and Carlos are an amazing crew. Began hunting for a larger place approx. 2 months ago. They initiative to help me get in quick was amazing. Understanding the situation that I was in and doing anything they could within their boundaries to help made the experience seem like they were more than just another corporation. The apartment was clean and well maintained upon move in. Having three girls, my mother and myself the apartment is large enough for everyone to have their own space, which is awesome!!!

We have been here for 2 years . And have been extremely happy with the new property management and maintenance crew. Alicia is always willing to help you and go the extra mile for you. And Jason our maintenance guy is one of the best. If it needs to be fix he can do it. It is nice to live in an apartment complex that cares about there renters. If you are looking for a nice big apartment with beautiful surroundings and close to the beaches and nature reserve's this is the place for you.
