Francois is great. So happy with my experience! I called him about a bad laptop battery and he came to pick up my laptop the same day.
He let me know what my options were for a used or generic battery since Dell is no longer making batteries for my computer, and continued to communicate with me even on weekends. I'm so much happier with my laptop now. Would definitely recommend/go with Fiji IT again!

Francois is nothing short of remarkable. After 2 unsuccessful visits to Apple and an hour long call w Apple personnel, I still did not have a solution to my problem. Francois arrived, on time, and within 5 minutes my Mac was up and running. Francois then updated my Mac's software and answered additional questions that had been brewing for awhile. I highly recommend him and will use no else in the future.

This guy is GREAT! He picked up my brand new computer from my house (which made it SUPER convenient), and it only took him 3 days to fix it. Now I'm happily playing all sorts of games at Ultra Settings!
He was even kind enough to do all the set up for me, and install my OS. The price was very fair as well.
Will be keeping him in mind for any future work that needs to be done on my PC from now on!

I am VERY happy we found this place! My nephew spilled almost a whole Bottle of Gatorade on my laptop. (Mac Book Air) my laptop would not turn on so I was almost sure that I would have to get a brand new laptop! With the last bit of hope I brought it here... and I am so glad I did! Francois took apart my whole laptop and was able to bring it back to life! And he didn't charge me an arm and a leg... I know if I would have taken it to the Apple store they definitely would have probably charged me triple the amount. We are very satisfied customers! Thanks again!

My experience with Francois was great. To me, my request of service was very different. I run a Photobooth business and my machine failed on me while onsite. :( I was afraid that my device would be too intricate to fix or, if possible, was going to be very costly. My Photobooth is a mix of computer and a lot of electrical wiring. Francois was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a timely manner. Very pleased with his service. Would use him again.

I would not recommend this company. He works separately from his work space that wrote on yelp. He said a lot words that he can do best than other companies, and he mentioned a lot they can recovery data high rate. However, he failed to recovery the data.
I spent 98dollars for diagnostic fee and over 300 dollars to buy a donor drive for them.
I requested them to record proving video that they really replace my drive or not, but they just gave me diagnostic result that was just few texts.
I really need to recovery my data. I only used it only 6 months and it died. He told me a lot sweet words

Francois is a real gem. I've hired several IT professionals to work on my computers over the years, but he is the first one I've hired who I felt really knew what he was doing without any hesitation. By way of a disclaimer, I'm not a customer (yet). I worked with Francois for a few years in my regular day job. He was a contractor brought on board to help out with our help desk. During his time there, I don't think we ever found an area where he wasn't the person I would want to have working to solve the problem. I contacted Francois via Yelp as I needed to help improve the speeds on my home network. He replied promptly and we arranged for him to come to my house and help fine tune / troubleshoot my settings. He came over, and an hour later my speeds were 5-6x what they were before he showed up! I'm sure if I was a computer geek and had a lot of time on my hands I could have fixed the issues on my own. I've worked with Francois at Fuji IT Solutions exclusively for the past few years on all of my computer problems.
