I was foolish to go to the competition down the street I guess you learn from your mistakes. He's always taken good care of my computer needs promptly and spoke to me in a language that I could understand as opposed to the other place who thought I must know all the technical lingo. I am a small business owner, we had one of our terminals go offline. We swapped out towers and had the same problem, so I realized it was likely the network cable. I talked to Manny and he was able to show up that afternoon. He was very friendly and extremely professional. To fix the problem, he would have to turn off our switch, which would shut down all our computers. He would have to come back another day. This ended up being Monday, which was Presidents' Day. My office manager met to let him into the office. She told me that it took Manny 1 hour to drive 2 miles across Half Moon

Had my computer "cleaned" at a San Mateo computer shop since it was running so darn slow (after daughter decided to download god knows what) then I could not access internet after "cleansing"...Did not know of Coasttek until a random chat with a neighbor who had Manuel work on her computer...
