Buying a home can be complicated, but here are some valuable resource articles that may be helpful for you as you are going through the home buying process. BUYER BEWARE - Many real estate agents here in SWFL charge an extra fee of $250 to over $750 to you the buyer at closing - on top of the commission they receive - We don't!
What do all of those real estate acronyms in the ads mean? If you find yourself stumbling over weird acronyms in a real estate listing, don't be alarmed. There is method to the madness of this shorthand (which is mostly adopted by agents trying to fit as much info as possible into a small space). However, differant parts of the Country have differant names and/or abbreviations.
What is more important to you - years in business, many positive reviews, or a combination of both? Reviews and recommendations are worth more than any amount of advertising - right? How many positive reviews would make you feel comfortable in a product, a service or a person - would it be 5, 15, 50?
How To choose a real estate agent to help buy a property. Real estate agents say that the more you tell them, the better they can negotiate on your behalf. I think most agents, sellers and buyers would agree with this statement. However, if your "gut feeling" says that you should not be totally honest with your agent - why would you want to work with him/her?

Andy is a great realtor. We are so glad that we were recommended to contact him. Andy is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to look out for his clients. His commission rate is an added bonus. I’d recommend Virtual Florida Realty to anyone looking for a professional. I’d like to add that the review before me “Maria with 2 stars” sounds like she reviewed the wrong company. Not sure what the prices of Pulte homes or there “no changes” rule has to do with this real estate company. Unfair scoring taking place here.

Excellent realtor! Andy is the guy to see if you care about having a knowledgeable, professional agent. My husband and I have worked with him many times including my in-laws and we will continue to use him for our real estate needs. Thanks again Andy!
