I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Billie Fenerci as my Pilates instructor. I am a 54-year-old male who had not consistently exercised for two decades. When I met Billie I had just concluded 8 months of one-on-one Pilates training, and I was very worried about my ability to transition to class work.

Although the instructors and the studio are amazing, the owner is not. Froze my account in March only to realize that she reactivated it in May and June without my knowledge or permission and she is refusing to give me my money back even though my contract states that I can freeze my account for up to 3 months. Make sure you get everything in writing because she does not honor her word.

I love this space and Billie is a true beautiful person in sprit body and mind all the staff are in creditable and kind and comforting Ms. Vivian your the cats pajamas my dear I adore you , Andres thank you for always being kind and patient, everyone is knowledgeable and so supportive. I’m giving one star because I can’t put zero. Andres was the only bright spot here. I was offered $139 for a one month unlimited package and that if I liked it and wanted to go on to tell Billie the owner I wanted to reup. My best friends husband died a few days after and we both asked our memberships to be placed on hold. This was never done and when on aug 9th I wrote the owner to find out what had happened and why I was being charged there was no explanation and was simple told to email and request cancellation. Well I did and received no confirmation. I emailed again asking for confirmation

This place is amazing! Pure Passion is truly a family. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The instructors are very knowledgeable and positive. You never have the same workout twice. Do you hate the gym? Try Pilates! I’ll never go to back I any other form of exercise and never to another studio.

Billie called us out to install window treatments in her studio and ended up getting us as customers. It has made such a positive difference in our back issues. She and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with. The classes are constantly challenging and changing to keep your interest.

Do not go there if you are going to use a Groupon voucher -- the owner is unreasonable and not accommodating if you are unable to use your class passes within the four months allowed. The instructors are NOT the best! Her classes too expensive and not worth the $$$. Find another place...I think there was a new one that opened up that I will try.
