Pilates Body by April (PBBA) is a Reformer based Pilates Studio. We offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both men and women catered to an individual's fitness level. Our clients are seeing and feeling the many benefits of Reformer Pilates including increased flexibility, long lean muscles, core strength and stability. April has freed up my knees and legs from service related injuries after 45 years of pain (I have been with her program going on 5 years now). Her rehabilitation program has reduced my weight and helped me strengthen my core. I feel younger and continue to gain flexibility. I would recommend her to anyone of any age (I am 70 years old)! She has a great understanding of Facia and her treatments remediate its impact on health and mobility.

Two months of Pilates by April have helped me strengthen knees and back as well as relieving pain in those areas. April is a wonderful instructor and she is truly interested in making your workout fun and beneficial for you, encouraging you along the way.

There are sooooo many awesome things I can say about Pilates by April. April is very professional and works so hard to help make you a better you. I’ve had foot pain buying all sorts of cushions and speciality shoes and after one session of Fascia Release Massage I feel amazing my foot pain and my whole body just feel so much better.Overall this is an awesome massage you will feel a little discomfort but its well worth it. I cant wait until my next massage.

Health goals! I joined Pilates Body by April in Sept 2019. I've completed my first 30 sessions a few weeks ago and the results are pretty clear:
Weight: from 166lb to 154lb
Overall measurements (arms, legs, hips, waist): from 153in to 144in
But what you can't measure is this:
- Reduced back and knee pain
- More flexibility
- More strength
April is the best. She knows so much and makes every session fun.

This is has become a safe space for me. April is a bubbly , skilled instructor that patiently teaches you the art of pilates, as a newbie, and challenges you by modifying the exercises that are implemeted to challenge you as you get stronger. There is never a dull moment with April ! I have personally witnessed several head to toe transformations. Initially, I was recommended by a friend , and I am truley grateful for it.If you are looking for a sign , this is it!

April is an excellent instructor who tailors your workout to your needs. She is very enthusiastic and fun to be around. The small studio allows for very personalized attention. I've been doing Pilates here for 2 years and it has really made a difference in my overall flexibility and appearance. I highly recommend you check it out.
