I was given a tour of one of the units by Brenden and both the location and the service from him were outstanding. During my tour, he was allowing me to see the unit as more of a home and I could really picture myself living there. He left out no detail which was extremely helpful compared to other tours I have been on considering most people get through it as quickly as possible. He really took my personal needs into consideration and addressed all my worries.

I've lived here 5 months now and let me tell you. BEST move I could have ever made. The office staff is amazing! Has always been there to help with any questions I may have. They always made me feel welcome. Even after I moved in. The maintenance is great thanks again for keeping the community so clean. Then to top it all off the views are spectacular.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year..... The management team is good... friendly and always trying to support any of our concerns. We like the amenities and use them regularly. the pool is beautiful , but way too cold for me.. I never go in. Our 3 bedroom is nice, pricey, but for now we appreciate how close we are to things we like to do, and easy access to tollway for getting to DIA. There is alot of construction going on in the area, so at times its loud etc....... Overall we have enjoyed living here.

I am having to write a review on my husbands account due to me not having a google account! Jordan along with the rest of the staff have been absolutely amazing! My husband and I have lived at Caliber for about 3 years now and The current staff has hands down been the most pleasant to work with! Jordan and Brendan have both been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in regards to any questions we have had! We really appreciate the hard work this team has put in to make caliber an enjoyable place to live!

We were so excited to move in to this community! The amenities are awesome and on our move-in day the community had a Mac and Cheese truck for the residents free of charge. It was such an awesome thing to have after a long day of moving our stuff. The staff here is super friendly and has been helpful in dealing with the minor move-in requests we had. Hopefully our patio wins the holiday lights contest!!! Its so cool to see the community being festive together.

There are so many reasons to not rent here. We lived here two years and just moved out, and while the views were wonderful, that’s the most you can expect.
Here are the main issues that led to us leaving:
- Parking is impossible to find after 8 pm and it’s worse in some areas of the complex. Our car was dented in multiple places from people opening doors in tight parking spaces (and they never left a note).
- The new management is taking advantage of people, and they raised rent by 17% our second year, which is insane. They were also two weeks late with the renewal, so we had to act quickly

We’ve been here for a year and some months and have enjoyed it enough that we signed another lease. We’ve had no problems with the 2/2 upstairs unit that we inhabit other than typical issues that can arise anywhere. The office staff is pleasant and responsive which includes dealing with those standard maintenance issues which are normally resolved within 24 hours. And any members of the maintenance crew we’ve had visit are consistently courteous and expeditious when resolving the problems. We relish the location as it is convenient to Denver, Boulder, and many other surrounding smaller towns

I have paid rent on time every month since moving into this apartment. In July 2021 I had no rent assigned due in the portal so I paid the same rent as was paid in June 2021. My check cleared on 7/6/21 for 1680.43. I have spoken to the management at the complex 3 times yet I am still being accused of not paying July rent that clearly posted on 7/6/21. The management of this complex is non-existent. What a joke!!!

DO NOT RENT HERE! 1 star is being generous. This property is atrocious, I live right by the front office and I have to park 4 blocks down the road some days due to lack of spaces and zero control over who parks where. The construction and engineering of this property is just plain unprofessional; corners aren't straight, the flooring isn’t straight nor finished under cabinets, the fuses blow all the time, my light bulbs are burning out all the time due to too much running on one fuse because they tossed this building together so quickly. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for an apartment

FPI Management is the laziest property management company I've ever come across. I rented at Caliber at Flatirons for a year and while the previous management company (not FPI) was satisfactory, when FPI took over I couldn't wait to move out. This company is not responsive at all when you're a current resident, taking up to 2 weeks and over 5… emails that I had to escalate to the community director to get any kind of response. FPI did not take COVID-19 precautions seriously either. I saw leasing agents showing properties without wearing face coverings, and when going to the front office

This is a brand new complex and I moved in February 1st.
My cheese and meat drawer in the fridge has come unglued... The top piece of the microwave came tumbling down when I opened the microwave door after… heating up some tea... Okay, so things are broken and you contact the office expecting them to fix the problem in a timely manner right? Wrong. I put in the order on August 4th, 2020 and today is September 11th, 2020. There has been minimal communication from Kayla (the manager) regarding this issue and don’t you ever rely on Kayla calling you back because she won’t. Actually

I am unfortunately dealing with a very awful situation that I wish I had known about prior to moving in. The air conditioning units are located on top of the roof and vibrate so loudly through my ceiling that they keep me up at night. The noise is a constant droning that is beyond reasonable and has caused me headaches at times. I really have not… been able to have a good night sleep since I moved in because of this noise and would not have moved in if I knew about this issue.
