I've been living at Fusion for 3 months and it's been amazing. The staff is so friendly and is willing to help you with anything you need. They have events at the clubhouse all the time, so you're pretty much gonna make new friends whether you like it or not. Not to mention whenever I pass by a resident, they always either say hi or start up a conversation. It's really just a place full of friendly people. The game room recently opened back up and it's huge plus they have a pool, who doesn't want a pool? Anyway u should live here it's great. 10/10.

It’s such a great day when we see Shawna. She’s the best cleaning lady I’ve ever come crossed and I’ve seen and talked with quite a few.
She brightens our days any time we see her and she always asks how are we doing and what’s new with life.

I've lived in numerous apartment complexes and Fusion is by far my favorite. It's always clean and the staff is always available to help out when needed. Great people too!
Also, Shawna is the absolute best. She is friendly every time I interact with her and my dog adores her. She goes out of her way to make your day better and I appreciate everything she does around the complex. Shawna, we are lucky to have you!!

We have been living at Fusion since the building opened in 2019. We have enjoyed the amenities, friendly neighbors, love the community events, and actively enjoy our time gardening in the community garden. Michelle in leasing is very kind and is really intentional about building a good community and Shauna, our cleaning facility manager is a gem. There has been a large uptick in crime in the area (cars being stolen, break ins, and an attempted shooting right up the street) but the local crime rate can not be attributed to issues with management but is good to know if you are thinking about moving

Really enjoyed living here, I always felt safe and the staff were pleasant—specifically Michelle Woelfel (Community Manager) and Shawna (maintenance) who were always so nice and sweet. The only thing that was frustrating was that the call box never worked. I was there for over a year and only recall it working once, maybe twice? Every time someone came to visit, I’d have to run down to get them, which got kind of annoying. Otherwise, amenities were great and I overall liked staying there very much!

This place is awesome!! The apartments are wonderful and it’s surrounded by green space. You have the golf course, the little lake you can walk around and the ball fields. The finishes are amazing and so upscale. I love the shimmering white countertops. On site dog park too. Well constructed so you can’t hear your neighbors.

Just moved here from another state for a month. We signed the lease without coming to check out the apartment. Brett, the leasing agent who left before we moved in was great, and he was the only one actually showed us every small detail about the community, which convinced us after 6 virtual visits of different apartments. Everything is nice, the management team is great, neighbors are nice, the apartment is modern. My only complain is the sink inside the bathroom is really low, even for us(pretty short), probably designed mainly focused on kids friendly.

This review is based upon my experience, YMMV. The complex opened in summer 2019. I was one of the first dozen or so residents. My experience overall was very good here, it was a nice place to live with friendly neighbors and was located right between a golf course and a park with a pond and a walking path. Amenities were good during non-COVID times.

LOVE THE APARTMENT!!!! Michelle the manager was very friendly and professional with us and made sure we had a smooth move-in process. Love the modern perks it comes with like the smart home nest thermostat, dimming lights and locks. The amenities are amazing and I love that we can park underground to be protected from the weather. This is the first time that I'm living on my own and I'm glad I chose Fusion 355 to be my first home away from home.

I've been seeing a lot of guests come and check out this property so I'll leave an honest review of the place. The apartment buildings are all brand new. I moved in while they were still finishing up building A, which is now finished. Now, being a resident at a brand new apartment is great, but you definitely notice the shortcuts from the construction company and the cheap material they used. For example, paint applied badly, wood finishing being flimsy, etc. Currently, management emailed all the residents that there was a problem with the water meter in the buildings, so residents were
