In over 25 years of experience with renting apartments, we have never had someone treat us with so much kindness and helpfulness as Fred at the Legacy community. He listened to our priorities and hopes for our new home and guided us to getting a monthly rate and a move-in date that exceeded our expectations. We felt really cared for and like we were working with someone who was really trustworthy. It was amazing to not feel like a number up against a corporate bottom line, as we have in the past. My husband passed away on July 10, 2021 of pulmonary fibrosis. He was on hospice at home the week prior to his death. Jennifer and the office staff and Keith and the maintenance staff went above and beyond to help us accomodate Richard's needs, and the needs of hospice. They came to visit, brought balloons, and even brought treats for our dog. We felt so loved. I can't give words to how much we appreciated their love and support this past month.

My little family has called this place home for almost 5 years now. We love it here! I will admit when we first moved here in 2016 the office staff were terrible, but Jen and her crew came in and turned everything around! One thing I wish this place had was ceiling fans but other than that, it's pretty perfect.

The staff are excellent--kind and responsive. We didn't have the best move-in experience (our apartment was quite dirty), but they did everything they could to fix things, and have since been wonderful. Cigarette and pot smoke are unfortunately fairly common within the complex, so sometimes we have to rush around and close all our windows. The… amenities are good and they've done their best to maintain access safely during Covid19.

Man! What do I say where do I start? This apartment management team is just amazing. Everyone in the office knows us by name. They show our dogs love and give treats. The events they hosted pre 'rona we just outstanding. They keep us up to date on things happening, emails are prompt and direct. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient. I truly love it here. Thank you Jennifer, Suzette and Fred!

Our move in experience was seamless thanks to the fantastic staff at the Village of Legacy Ridge Apartments. Fred, Suzette, and Jennifer were so quick and responsive and helpful. It's been such an easy experience-- exactly like you want a move in to be. The maintenance staff are also super friendly and attentive. Our apartment is perfect. The photo is a view from our balcony.
