Update:Right after posting this review we had another HVAC problem. The heater was out for 3-4 days and they gave us 2 super small space heaters to hold us over. Then they didn't have a key for the apartment and I had to leave what I was doing to drop one off. Not even sure if its working the way it should but the mess they left after is unacceptable. Shoe prints on the counter tops, attic dust in the sinks, didn't move back personal items, and screws scattered about.
As a part time HVAC tech and business owner this kind of work just sad.

This was a three star review, but now that I’ve tried contacting through email with different office staff with no response the past few days I decided to edit my 3 star review. The communication from the staff is not there at all. Called over 12 times during business hours (you don’t even get a voicemail to be directed to) about someone parked in 3 different parking spots. Was told nothing could be done about it because there was a “resident event” even though this was still during normal office hours. Also was told that my garage door would be fixed Tuesday the 25th when October 25th

Moving here was the worst decision I have made in my life. First of all, I moved in with 9 deferred maintenance issues. The first 3 months of my lease consisted of maintenance men and contractors coming and going from my unit. After making Bell aware of a mold issue with my unit, they refused to replace the bathtub in my bathroom until I threatened legal action. Possibly the worst offense, however, is Bell's apathetic approach to safety issues. After reporting noise issues repeatedly, the leasing office refused to do anything. They offered me to move to a different unit - for $300 more dollars

We've lived here for a few years. We absolutely love these townhouses. Quiet neighbors, great amenities, awesome floor plan (we live in a 3-story end unit with bay windows). The staff are always friendly. Prompt response to tickets from maintenance. Beautiful area and just a small drive to get to Boulder or Denver. Bradburn Village has a great selection of shops, restaurants, etc all within walking distance. Our daughter's school, The Academy Charter School, is also within walking distance. It is on the pricey side of the spectrum but you get what you pay for. We won't be moving until we can purchase

Unit is nothing luxury, but gets the job done. Packages frequently taken from porches, but you can put up a video doorbell which helps. Year around heated pool is super nice and the food nearby is convenient. Not nearly enough space available in the recycling center for all the units - the homes near there get a frequent view of recycling piled in their parking lot.

My roommate and I just recently moved to Bradburn and we could not be happier to have found a place that feels like home here. Ernie, our maintenance guy, is always on top of it! He always completes our service requests in a timely manner (always by the day of or after!) and is very sweet. The rest of the staff communicates well which makes our interactions pleasant. Also it's a very dog friendly community!
