Great customer service and professionalism and my garment was ready earlier than expected.

I've used them for over 3 years and never had a problem. The last time I used them I got a pair of men's pants (not mine) and not the expensive pants that were mine. I returned the pair that were not mine but didn't get mine back. Now I am afraid to use them again. They've raised their prices several times over the years so they are probably not much cheaper than other cleaners. Also, I used them in another Ohio city without an issue.

Great dry cleaner.. They do great work, and are willing to accommodate your requests. Amanda is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend

Great job at reasonable prices! There was a large coffee stain on my shirt that didn't come out the first cleaning. The employee noticed and told me he would try to get it out. When I picked up the shirt the stain was GONE! Excellent job and excellent people!

First they tried to give me someone else's comforter. It wasn't even close to mine. Owner tracked down customer they gave my comforter too. Had to come back two days later. Got a "verbal" apology. Should have compensated me and other customer with a coupon to make us want to come back. My comforter looks worse than it did before I dropped it off. I should have just left well enough alone. Ugh. Very dissatisfied and even though the place is convenient I will not go back. No wonder they ask for payment in advance.

I've been going to Esteem Cleaners for years. I've moved 40 minutes away and this is still the only cleaners I use. The staff is always friendly and the clothes are always ready the next day. I will not go anywhere else.

Great Cleaners, I drive from the East Side to this location. Honest, hard working team there. If something isn't right they take care of you. Great manager. He always wants to know what they can do better. Keep up the good work!!

I periodically take articles here to see if the service have gotten any better but of course it failed again. I took my coat in and showed the person the stain that was to be removed but when I came back to retrieve the item it still had the same stuff on it so they redid it and it still looked like it had not been done.There have been times that after getting items from this location that I've actually took an item and washed it my washer and the stain came out so I ask myself are the really cleaning this or just pressing it and covering it with their plastic garment covers😒

I've brought quite a few things here, from my husbands suit, a winter coat, expensive shirts, sweaters, and pants. Everything has come back fresh and clean, and beautifully pressed, and hung properly on hangars with plastic protecting each article. Best part, you're not going broke! Most thiNgs are 2.75? Can't beat tHat price!

Terrible! Last time I got something cleaned, my blazer came back with a button missing. The best they could do to rectify it was to let me pick a button out of a box of all the other buttons they broke off blazers. Gave them a second chance and my dress pants were pressed with uneven/incorrect seams. Pure lazy ness!

Brought a comforter and a weighted blanket here to be dry cleaned. Came back a few days later and my items looked brand new. Very happy with the service.

Horrible! I just picked up roughly 25 shirts and mostly all of them were hung up horribly creating wrinkles all throughout the shirt and collar. In addition, spots were missed and not taken out and new spots were added to my clothes. Horrible, horrible, horrible. With this place the term "cheap is expensive" resonates. Would definitely NOT recommend.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR STUFF RUINED!! I brought my favorite dress here and specifically said if you can't insure you don't ruin the pearls on the back don't wash it! The owner assured me that he would make sure that if they would be ruined he would not wash it. When I picked up the dress the pearls were not in place anymore and the dress was ruined. when I called him to tell him this he said bring in the dress and we can fix the problem for you.
