I love how I can do a weeks' worth of laundry and dry-cleaning in just two minutes and one finger. It takes me a minute to put my shirts and dry-cleaning into a bag my cleaner gave me and place it out on the front step. A couple days later my order has been delivered back to my house and is waiting on the wreath hook on my front door.so it takes one minute and one finger to carry my dry cleaning into my house.

I’ve always had good success with this cleaners. On men’s shirts: I’ve had the buttons be cracked from the presses, and they replace them. I’ve had items where the stain didn’t come out and they tried again at no cost. The pick up and delivery service is also convenient and easy to use. 👍🏼

Although I don't use dry cleaning services as much these days due to working remotely from home and having a child, I I have always been pleased with the service as well the garments that were cleaned. And Jay Dee offers the convenience of free pick up & delivery to our community which makes my life so much easier! Keep up the good work!

I have been a customer for years. Our office has pickup twice a week. Turnaround is prompt. The work is professional and efficient. Our deliveries are handled by Mike, who is friendly and helpful. He does more than just pick up and deliver, as he is knowledgeable about the laundry processes and materials, so he is able to assure that special requests receive proper attention.

A week and a half ago I brought in my worn and dirty Uggs to be cleaned. I was told they have to be sent out to another company to clean. I was fine with that. I only paid around $40 including tax for the cleaning. Anyone who owns Uggs knows that is well worth it. I picked them up today and was so impressed by how great they look. I am very happy with the work that was done and I appreciated the kind customer service I received from the young man at the counter. I would definitely recommend this company.

This is one of the worst cleaners I have ever taken my clothes too. I am visiting Cleveland on business and needed to have two buttons on my nice button up shirt replaced. I looked on Yelp and saw that this cleaners has very high ratings. I also saw that they were offering a $5 off coupon for new customers. On Jay Dee's website they have their pricing, and I noticed that to fix a button is $3. I decided to give them a try, the first issue I noticed was that the pricing on their website is incorrect. It is actually $6 to repair a button. It is a bit frustrating when business do not

Great service and patient. I came in right at closing to pick up my daughter's prom dress. I had gotten caught in traffic. They waited patiently as I inspected the gown as Orom was 2 days away. They'd done a fantastic job and not one sequin fell off which isquite a task since they get caught on EVERYTHING. The staff was quite helpful in instructing us how to keep this from happening before prom as well. GREAT PLACE!!

I have been getting my son's NJROTC uniform cleaned here all year. Usually he drops it off after school. Today I dropped it off this morning. Some very RUDE older woman without any class has allowed her poor attitude to prevent me from coming here again. My son had been receiving a discount that I asked about and not only was she adamant that the discount didn't exist, she was plain rude! My son has been dropping off his uniform approx every 3 weeks for the year and the discount was given! But it wasn't the fact the maybe someone that worked in the afternoon gave him the discount
