I went to get my wedding dress dry cleaned because of all the positive reviews, so I was pretty confident in my initial decision. The people that work at the office are very nice and easy to work with, but ask lots of questions like price and turn around time before you decide to use them.
Don’t get me wrong, they did a nice job on the dry cleaning overall, but for the price tag of $300, I would think all stains along the bottom of the gown would be gone. When I looked over the dress, I still saw dirt stains by the hem which was a bit of a let down…

From the business owner to the staff have found all to be attentive, cordial and professional. The garment cleaning service has always been excellent and timely. Very recently, had a wedding just a few days away, dropped the garments off directly (though there is a friendly complimentary residential pick up service) due to time restrictions. I’ve known about London for years but never used it. So glad I finally did. So easy to just leave my clothes at the front door for the truck to pick up. Got it back in just a few days. So much easier than the other place I’d been using on occasion that’s in a terrible location and prices that couldn’t be justified.

I went to London Cleaners based in the reviews, never again. I took in a duvet cover, and my sons suit for homecoming. I received the duvet cover back and it had not even been cleaned! Visible dirt still on it, and a couple stains. I took it back and they did offer to re do it, but seriously they thought that was OK? They did fix it and it looked great, but why should I have to complain for them to do what I paid for? My sons suit was wrinkled and the pants were so bad the wrinkled were steamed in and very hard for me to fix, again they offered to fix, but it was too late he needed the suit. I

Used London Cleaners to clean and box my uncle's WW2 Naval uniform. It had been stored in a small metal box for 75 years. It came back to me beautifully cleaned and packaged in their heirloom box. They were timely, professional and arrived at a less than estimated cost.

Let me first say London Cleaners has an excellent staff and I'd never had a problem with the service. However, in May 2015, during a rush order, they lost 10 shirts and a pair of pants of mine. The help was very courteous and stayed in contact as they tried to locate my property but ultimately my clothes were lost during transport.
I had one conversation about being remedied with the owner, Alex, but I thought the offer he made was too low and unfair. I have since then sent multiple demand letters and threatened to sue - he has not made any attempt to respond or reach out and it has been

London Cleaners is great! It's like having my own personal laundry gnomes. They pick up and drop off my dry-cleaning, which I appreciate. I'm just too lazy to go out of my way for clean clothes. I have never had any problem with their work. Even if they are closed, I can leave a voicemail and they will pick up on schedule. They are so efficient, it's like having little sprites whose only job is to keep me well stocked with clean clothes. Now if they could just take care of my dishes...
