I received a weighted blanket as a Christmas gift and unfortunately my cat decided to pee on it within a couple weeks. I was livid and rushed it to Society Dry Cleaners. Although the first treatment didn't completely eliminate the stain or the odor, they offered to retreat it at no additional cost. The blanket came out like new with no stain or odor. Sonya was especially friendly and helpful through the process. Although the first result wasn't perfect, the customer support and dedication to satisfaction assures my return business.

I had to be in Cleveland unexpectedly 3 days before a wedding in Fort Wayne. ( I live in Michigan) I had a dress and suit to be cleaned for the wedding. The dress had a stain that one cleaner cleaned and said the stain couldn’t be removed. Society got it out and had my items done promptly in 2 days. She also added a handkerchief to the suit pocket that matched the tie I had them clean also. Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

Such a friendly place. I was running a little behind for work last week and on my way noticed my jacket had a few wrinkles in the sleeves, so I made the split second decision to stop in and hope for the best. I was greeted with excellent service and they helped me out tremendously by pressing my suit coat on the spot. I was in and out no problem at all, and still made it to work with a few minutes to spare. Will definitely be back here again.

Customer service is everything in a business and this business is lacking it. On at least two different occasions, my husband and I were not treated well by the older lady with silver hair working there. She was not friendly to us (on two separate occasions where we came in separately) as she was very curt. Notwithstanding, my dry cleaning has come back unclean. There were noticeable stains around the colored jacket that has been removed in the past by other dry cleaners, and my dress came back with some weird chemical stain. Suffice it to say that we will likely not be returning to this dry cleaning

What a great little place! I called them with just a few minutes notice with a need to have a skirt altered for an event later on in that evening. They asked when I needed it, and I giggled and said, "Um - an hour from now?" He laughed back, but said - "Hey sure!" and was extremely helpful and friendly while I was running far behind schedule.
I will use them again for sure - kind people, great work, and a solid local experience.
