Our community has been participating in the Tulip Time festivities since we were very young. You may or may not see folks young and old dressed up in old Dutch attire this year. Most of the people that dress up have marched in the children's parade, played in the band, or participated in Dutch dance.

Unfortunately had to stay here over the summer as this was the only place that had vacancy and accepted an older RV. Of the four months we stayed there, we had working utilities for about 3 weeks. The water barely makes it out the faucet when it is working BTW. The rusty playground equipment, empty pool, peeling paint, junk campers and overgrown trees give this place a nice post-apocalyptic vibe. Add in the constant lawn mowing, with no other maintenance and it has its own little corner of hell.
Honestly with the way this place is maintained I'm surprised only 1 person died this summer. That might

No water pressure or hot water in the showers plus they are disgusting and very small, they let the garbage get so overloaded and nasty the dumpster was covered in maggots, and if your dumping your RV it overflows no matter how slow you go and don't expect a refund they only give credits what a joke.. avoid if all possible CROOKS...

My husband and I came here to stay while my husband is working in Holland Mi. We have traveled all over the US and have stayed in a lot of campgrounds over the past 20 yrs. This is the worst experience we have had staying at a campground. Paid for entire month and here is what happened the 17 days we were there...we left before month was up due to NO Electric No sewage, NO water pressure in Shower Rooms Started the first day we were there. Two fires and one we literrally watched a lady burned to death in her camper at about 2:30 AM . After that we left. The only thing positive I can say is this

We averaged $40 / night for 5 nights for W / E50. Lots are very tight and close. Positives - level grass lots, pool (not open yet) and only about 10 minutes to downtown Holland. Negatives - our priorities when staying at campgrounds are price, location and safety. We are not resort people and generally don't use campground ameneties. However, this campground has many old, run down non-transient units on site with weeds and even an old rusted truck. While we've stayed in similar campgrounds in the past, it typically does not cost $40 / night. So it is a bit overpriced for the condition and appearance

There was no one around to check on the guests, when we needed something we had to go look for the maintenance man. No fire wood. The power was out several times in one day. I would not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone
Shower water was cold
Old junk piled up in different places throughout the campgrounds

I was not happy with the size of the campsites. My kids said the bathrooms were creepy. Pool looks like it hasn't been used in years. The website represents this place way better than reality. It took 4hrs to get fire rings (which were cut 55gal drums). The playground equipment was run down as well. We put this place on our do not return campground list.

Spacious spots, resonantly prices. Basic no frills rv Park next to a semi busy but not overly loud highway. There is a pool and small park for kids to play. Public washroom and laundry available but not in greatest condition, however definitely usable. Park is quiet and well maintained. Great water pressure, they drain tanks for you at your request. Closely located to shopping and attractions.

Was immediately worried when we pulled into the campgrounds, but figured we were only here for a 2 night stay and had just driven 5 1/2 hours. Place looks like it is poorly maintained and intended for "long term squatters" rather than for campers. Last straw was our lot didn't have electric or water hookups (or they were being used by someone else?). Called the number and the lady said she'd send someone, waited around 20 minutes and no one arrived, so we called her again to ask for refund and leave. No refunds. If you insist on staying here, there should be 2 nights "raincheck" under my name.
