I'm very distrustful of auto mechanics as a general rule and opt to do my own oil changes and whatever minor repairs I can, rather than deal with companies. I had a great experience with their customer service, politeness, and the quality of work. They replaced brake pads front and rear and also the warped front.

Sunland is my trusted auto shop. For someone who knows little about cars, I can always rely on them on what work is needed for my cars. Twice in 2021 I have proven their reliability and honesty.
Had to cancel my oil change with Sunland for unforeseen reason and ended up bringing the car to a mechanic close to home. How bad can it be, just an oil change, right? Do no go here. The place likes to take advantage of it's customers. I went in with a few problems on my car and they didn't fully fix my issue and charged me an arm and a leg to do nothing. I called them and told them nothing had been fixed and they lied saying I needed to pay another 500 just to fix something they just barely found wrong with the car as soon as I came to pick it up.

Scott and his team are exceptional. We live in Maricopa and made the drive due to recommendations from people close to us. My sons 1992(!) Lexus LS400 is performing the best we have ever experienced since he got it. If you want a shop where they shoot it to you straight, take the time to make sure they are getting the whole picture and return your vehicle in far better shape than you expected at a fair price, go here. We have a Ram 1500 with the typical manifold issues. Northern vehicle, lots of rust. Had to be patient and let them work at it, but they did get the manifold off without having to bore out every bolt. The truck is running great and QUIET!
This is a true maintenance shop. Owner on site and very professional! Our estimate was very close to the final bill and if we need anything else done on the truck, we’ll be going there!

I am very grateful for Scott and everyone there. They try really hard to solve my old stubborn Jeep’s problems and were able to fix them. They took very good care of my car and my family. Very friendly and personable. My Jeep was in and out of the shop a lot at one point where I’m sure they sight of it may have put some fear into some lol but no matter how many times she was back in the shop for a new problem they patched her up good as new! And even help work with me with payments. I plan going back to them for my future cars, I trust them and they care about their customers and their vehicles

Always a good experience at Sunland Auto
We have always had a good experience at Sunland Auto. I have taken both our vehicles there on several occasions for different various problems and have always been pleased. My last visit however was exceptional as Sunland went the extra mile to find and install a part that was no longer available from the manufacturer or the dealerships for the make and model of my vehicle. After a lot of searching they were able to find a used part from a junkyard that fit, matched, and worked perfectly. Very pleased - once again - as always.

I typically perform my own maintenance, partly because I have had so many bad experiences in the past with other shops. But sometimes I need professional help. I had heard many good things about Sunland Auto Service, so I decided to give them a try. I’ve had two of my vehicles serviced there now. At all points, Scott and his team provided… fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Prices were quite reasonable, too. It’s great to find a shop I can trust with my vehicles and I will definitely use them for all of my future work.

My wife and I are throughly pleased with the service and work done here. We brought her van in to get the AC check valve replaced and they checked it to make sure it was what was wrong and thought it was fixed but on the way home she had the same problem happen. We made an apt to get it back in and they went out of their way to get the problem fixed and only charged us for parts. We will absolutely be going back here again when we need to. Best auto service in the valley and I always used this shop. After moving from Mesa to Sun City my Nissan Murano engine light was on and 3 trips to dealerships later, still on. So I went back to Scott at Sunland, they found evaporation canister vent valve was broken, totaling affecting emission system. Part replaced and completed work same day because they searched out the problem! Fine staff, great service.

Best darn auto service you can find!!! Parking is a challenge, but they are busy, that’s a good thing right? Their customer service is always friendly and welcoming. They are up front with ya about your vehicle and don’t pressure ya into extra services or repairs. It’s a relief to find a repair shop you can trust!
