The staff is very communicative and helpful. That being said something has to be done about the trash problem. Trash valet is a band-aid on a rotting leg. There needs to be significantly more trash bins for people to take their trash out. for whatever reason everyone is okay with throwing their trash on the side of the road for the ducks and squirrels to rip open. My biggest gripe is leaving to and arriving from work to the constant smell of weed. Doesn't make the outdoor space all that enjoyable if you ask me.

The worst experience of my life!!! DO NOT go to this complex. The management is rude and unreasonable. They are unaware of the Fair Houing Act. Got evited in 3 weeks because I left a bad review. A lady from corporate called me “fucking nuts” when I went to calmly discuss their attorney’s letter that was full of falsities. It claimed my dogs bark from 3am to 5 am. That’s not possible. We sleep. Nobody called the police or knocked on my door. If it were true, someone would have. They also demanded that I take down their original one star rating. I claimed in that review there is garbage everywhere

RUNNNNN!!! Do not consider moving here. First they’re maintenance team is useless they never fix anything properly or will straight up tell you they don’t know how to fix it or “there’s nothing they can do”, the office management is rude and condescending, the landscaping is atrocious dead plants dead grass leaves and dirt everywhere. and NOW they recently started this new parking enforcement & I kid you not I witnessed 5 cars just on my street get towed tonight. All the cars that were towed belong to residents. It’s insane. Do not move here I cannot wait until my lease is up to get

Living at the Terraces was nothing but amazing! Liza, Lazaro, and Melissa were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with every situation that came up. The maintenance staff is always on it when you put a workorder in and if they can't fix it they note it for a vendor to come out and attened to the issue at hand. The community is safe and peaceful, perfect if you have a little family.

We moved here without ever visiting it and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! We have the two floor option and love that we feel like we are in a townhome. The neighborhood is fairly quite and lots of young families. They recently remodeled the whole place and the new buildings look so good! Also, the maintenance people are AMAZING. Always show up within a day or two and fix what is needed. It’s an affordable option in the perfect location. Would definitely recommend!

I truly enjoy this quiet and beautiful community!! From my experience with the exceptional staff in the leasing office; to the cozy and breathtaking view from my screened in balcony. I highly recommend The Terraces at Jacaranda Apartments to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, safe and pet friendly living community. You will not regret it ☺️

I have lived in this development for over 7 years. I have seen the management company change several times. I was happy with Greystar and have had no complaints so far with Lincoln. Liza in the leasing office is awesome and very understanding. The buildings just received a painting job which gives the neighborhood a fresh look. They are going to be doing a lighting overhaul in the community in another month.
It’s a pleasant area to live and convenient to all highways and shopping districts. I do wish they did more with landscaping as a lot of the areas are mainly dirt and leaves. I saw a comment

Overpriced and seriously under delivered.
Moved in Dec 2019, only had a 3 month window to use any of the amenities due to the pandemic. As theme parks (Including Volcano Bay), restaurants, and other recreational areas opened, the gym and pool in my complex remained closed. I moved out last month and I would not be surprised if it is still closed.
Isn't it great paying $1800+ for an apartment where you cant use the gym, Pool, or BBQ areas despite restrictions being lifted elsewhere? Even the pools in the nearby neighborhoods were open! New ownership is just terrible in general, new maintenance

The pesticide guy just took a hose and drenched the entire side of our building in RoundUp! He pumped gallons of it from the 2nd floor down. It's running in streams down the walls and pooling on the ground. Now my entire patio is literally soaked in cancer-causing chemicals. All my outdoor plants, patio carpet and furniture, all of it drenched and ruined. I understand the need for pest control but flooding your tenets in toxic chemicals is unacceptable. When I called the office to try and delay them from spraying, I was politely told to F off!
