Cathy couldn't have made moving in here any smoother for us. Moving out for my 1st time, I was so nervous about everything and called for a million questions and Cathy would always answer and HAPPILY! If she ever needed us to do anything before the move, she always would call to make sure everything was ready for the big day, and actually moving in was seamless! I am so happy to be living here!

My wife and I scheduled an appointment to go look at units on a Wednesday morning. We were just hoping to check out a few different properties and get a visual idea of the things that we would really like and where it would fall on our budget.
Kathy (one of the property managers) was who we sat with, went over options and toured vacant and show units with. She is an absolute Saint! She was a pleasure to work with and was fully transparent through the entire process. We never felt pushed or pressured to act fast. Needless to say, by that Friday, we signed our lease and counting down the few remaining

After just shy of 7-years of living at Plantation Colony, I can honestly say that this place has been one of the best places my Wife & I have ever lived in.
Mindy V. has been an outstanding Office Manager throughout our tenure and manages quite an exceptional office & maintenance crew. We want to thank Mindy for leading such an incredible team and for her patience through all the good times and some challenging times during our stay.
Vanessa L. has always been very pleasant and responsive with any issues that arose, making sure she always reached out with a call, even after replying to e-mails

I haven’t moved in just yet so I’ll follow up with another review once I’m actually settled in but I must say - I am impressed with the high quality services handled by Vanessa. She has made this move in process not only extremely easy but extremely pleasant as well. Just dealing with her assures me that I’ve made the right move. Simply amazing!!!! I can’t stress how easy the process was applying, processing my docs and moving was and it’s because of Cathy and Vanessa. They really value their tenants and it shows in their dedication and professionalism. My unit upon delivery was impeccable! It was move-in ready!; cleaner than most hotels and in working order. The community is friendly, clean and quiet. I’ve lived in south Florida all my life and I’ve never experienced such wonderful staff and beautiful community. PET friendly! They really love pets and make sure their transition is easy and stress free. Overall

This is such a beautiful and well maintained community! The office ladies are so genuinely nice and are very helpful and easy to reach...excellent call back times when you leave messages. The area is FABULOUS!! You are so close to Publix grocery store...and close to malls and restaurants that many areas you would have to drive a ways to get to. This is a dream in convenience and accessibility to everything I could want here!

First off Plantation Colony is a wonderful place to live I have found except under this particular situation. I owned a 2018 Infiniti Q60 Coupe. Prior to moving into Plantation Colony I had lived in secured parking buildings with gate, camera and the parking sticker security patrols. After a few months of living in Plantation Colony my car was stolen and not recovered. When filling out the police report, I was told it was a popular car as well as other Infiniti models. I contacted Management to see if I could exit the lease without penalty so I could replace my car and not have it stolen again

Today I had the most traumatizing experience of my 52 yrs thx to “V” in the front office at Plantation Colony Apartments . After taking off work, driving 16 hrs from from out of state and rushing to get to my sons new apartment at Plantation Colony (on New Years Eve before they closed which we were told would be 6pm) to collect my sons apartment… keys, my daughters and I excitedly walked into the front office at 2:40pm. We just moved in and I'm totally impressed with how immaculate and well kept the grounds are, how quiet it is..such a peaceful place. The staff go over and beyond with helping the residents.. I honestly believe they really care about the residents, including the fur babies! They are efficient, personable and move-in glitches were handled immediately, and resolved in a timely manner! We are very happy to be in such a great community!

I’ve lived here a few years now and everyone is more like family. The staff goes above and beyond for all their residents including the four legged ones. They helped me find a home here at a very bad time in my life. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people not to mention how clean and manicured they keep the grounds. Love this place!!
