Great amenities and wonderful sunset view by the lakeside. Amazing staff and very good cleanliness in the community. Community is very well maintained and leasing office staff is very helpful.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to everything. nice view of the lakes, walking distance to most shops. Area is well maintained and pet friendly.

Friendly neighbors and staff!! Nice surroundings with lots of Palm trees, beautiful pool area and close by parking spaces. Maintenance personnel is very friendly too!!

I moved in my new apartment at the beginning of April and so far I have had a great experience. I have had 2 maintenance request that were completed quickly, which is a huge deal for me.
The community and the amenities are also well kept. I enjoy being here very much.

So far it's an excellent place to live with a friendly community. Maintenance staff and office staff alike are friendly and knowledgeable. Parking can be a bit tough but hey that's South Florida. I really enjoy the car care center and the trash collection right from my door!

Only lived here for six months and had my car stolen after another vehicle had been stolen from the complex’s lot and a set of wheels were stolen. No security has been implemented in this complex since. No cameras, security guard overnight or gate. Did not feel comfortable living here after I had experienced and witnessed this all in less than half a year.

Lived there for 7 months (Dec19-Jun20) and I loved it!! I loved the location, close to everything! I worked the evening shift and felt completely safe getting home at 10pm. Management was always professional and responsive. My neighbors were polite and respectful. I only moved due to the pandemic.
