I have had the pleasure of residing in Gatehouse on the Green for over four years. It is a lovely community with plenty of parking that has exceptional amenities. Gatehouse is committed to maintaining the community and making improvements to ensure that the community is aesthetically pleasing. As of late, Gatehouse has begun bringing food trucks into the community as well as hosting other activities that foster an atmosphere of inclusion. I have always found Gatehouse to be incredibly responsive to maintenance issues, and the individuals that have come to my apartment to perform work have always

I am pleased with this community. While the rent is EXPENSIVE... the community is secure and well-maintained. The new management team and staff are responsive, helpful, have made improvements, and host different events like weekly food trucks. The community is also in a great location. You can get to I-95, 595, or the turnpike within 10 minutes. There are multiple restaurants, grocery stores, retail stores, 2 malls, and a nice park nearby. If you're fine with the price, this is a great community to live in. It's also family friendly, close to schools and feels safe.

Maintenance staff work so hard Ralph the supervisor and Luis are amazing always working and just don't stop these men are amazing what a team everythingis so clean. I have been here 6 years we are so lucky to have them thank you so much for all you do. The office staff are a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy to live here office amazing what great team thank you a millon times from the office manager to the team members Nile Jonathan wow thank you hard working people. We had a smooth move in experience. Jonathan the leasing agent was incredibly helpful. He made are move in experience a great one. We love the apartment as well. The Asst Manager was also very nice and helpful. She always had a positive attitude whenever we spoke. Although we just moved in it is starting off well!

We love this place is super quiet and I love the fact that is a dog friendly community.
The pool and gim are always clean.
The management have been always super professional and maintenance whenever we have called them they have been here the same day to fix anything.
This is a great place to live.🎉🌅 🧘

I have lived here for nearly a year with my partner and our dog. Our dog is a medium-sized, non-aggressive breed as permitted by the apartment complex rules and guidelines. Also according to the rules and guidelines, (and state law) my dog is never outside without her leash on. Ever.
For months now, I've made complaints about residents not keeping their dogs on leashes in the complex. Administration has been either dismissive or non-responsive. There have been several separate incidents where a dog has ran up on me off-leash while I'm walking my dog.

I'm only here 2 months now, and I must say... besides the renovation that's going on which is a plus, it's a really nice quiet place. Management is as tentative as they can be and respond fairly quick if you ask me. Jonathan is by far the easiest person to speak to and he's very helpful when he can.
