My therapist was nice but distant. His approach was not for me. I felt he was not trying hard enough or attempting to steer things differently. There was a rhythm to the sessions as if he was following a list off a sheet. The whole experience felt cookie cutter. Like I was just a number, not personalized.
What left me saddened was the way I told him I left. I wrote a long text to him. He immediately sent a com formation for our next appointment I thought it must have been sending them out at the same time I sent the text.
