I had a total exercise phobia! Tried loads of different workouts with trainers in the past to try and make working out enjoyable, rather than a chore. I never found it until I started coming to Zero Gravity. Sara, Leo and the whole team here are amazing. There’s no gym intimation here. Encouragement, praise and support from wonderful trainers. From teenagers to seniors.....there’s something for everyone.

As a physical therapist and strength and conditioning coach, I am very particular about my fitness facilities. I did alot of research before checking out Zero Gravity and felt their small gym & personalized services might be a great fit for me, (and have a prayer of getting my husband there!). 6 months ago I walked in to check it out and was not disappointed. Cindy was very helpful in giving me information about the services, classes and memberships without the pushy sales pitch you get in many gyms. AND their rates were surprisingly very reasonable. I took a couple of classes on a drop in basis

Zero Gravity Fitness has had a significant impact on my life and I am happy to to endorse this gym to anyone that seeks a hand in achieving their fitness goals.
I started working out there with a personal trainer 18 months ago and later started taking group fitness classes and Pilates.
I find all the instructors to be highly trained and skilled with a deep passion in understanding my individual needs and goals. With their guidance, I've been able to achieve my strength training goals. I get a lot of personal attention, excellent advice on nutrition and healthy habits and constant encouragement

I started at Zero Gravity in September 2016 trying to regain strength in my shoulder after rehabilitating from having frozen shoulder. I began taking group fitness classes and I felt discouraged at first because I could hardly do any of the exercises. The fitness instructors were so encouraging and helped me modify according to my injury. It's now July 2017 and after going to my doctor I've received an awesome report. I increased the mobility from 75 percent to 95 percent and a strength gain of 300 percent! I can not say enough about how kind everyone is, from the staff who greet you at the door

Zero Gravity is the best "Boutique Fitness Center" I have ever had the pleasure of working out at! They have great group fitness classes: Barre, KettleBell, SuperFlex, Yoga and my favorite Group Reformer Pilates classes. You can get as much out of Zero Gravity as you want due to their large schedule of classes. They also have Personal Training and Personal Pilates Sessions which are great if you really need that one on one approach. Their classes aren't too large though so even if you are doing group classes you still get a lot of personal attention! I recommend Zero Gravity to anyone who is ready

Zero Gravity Fitness is exactly what fitness should be.
I have been to the traditional gyms and kept getting awful results. The staff at zero gravity fitness introduced me to Pilates, kettle bells and other forms of training I couldn't get at the traditional gyms. I also received the proper instruction. The option of personal and small group training has been exactly what I needed to get me to my goals.
Thank you zero gravity fitness!!!

I have been a client of Zero Gravity for more than 5 years. I started training with Leo to build strength and improve my overall fitness. I went faithfully 3-4 times a week and saw results that were beyond anything iIcould have imagined. As I grew stronger, I wanted to explore different types of training methods which included using Super Flex, Kettle Bells, Pilates, and resistance training. All of these, plus many more are available at Zero Gravity. Zero Gravity hires only the best and most professional instructors. They offer private sessions, buddy sessions and classes for every fitness level

My wife has been a member at Zero Gravity on and off since they opened and loves the instructors and friends she has made there. She attended a recent Pilates class however, and upon arrival was told that she only had one session left on her current program. After checking her notes, my wife reminded the desk attendant of a conversation that cleared her of the no-show for which they had her noted. The female owner (Sara) got involved and reluctantly agreed to a credit for the error. The class was beginning to start and they all agreed to discuss the other discrepancy afterward. Instead of
