I am a certified Personal Trainer and the Owner and Manager of R.E.P.S. Personal Training, LLC. I have been in the fitness industry since 1993. Some of my specialties are functional fitness training, suspension training, nutrition, post-rehab exercise therapy, strength & conditioning and weight loss.
R.E.P.S. Personal Training will provide One-On-One and Partner Personal Training, Bootcamps, Online Training, Weight Management and Holistic Services. We are here to Guide, Educate, Motivate and Teach you how to become HEALTHY AND STRONG. We are committed to helping you reach all of your fitness goals and to become as healthy and fit as possible.
We provide professional, certified Personal Training programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I’ve been working with David for a month and I can already see a big change in my body. I’ve lost almost 8 pounds and I finally feel confident to get back into my bathing suit without a cover up. I look forward to each day I get to train with him. Each session is unique and results oriented. I have more energy than I’ve ever had and I can feel stronger yet much leaner.
David’s knowledge, professionalism, and encouragement have made a positive improvement in my daily fitness as well as my eating habits.

David is a fantastic trainer! I have worked out with many personal trainers over the years and his program is by far my favorite. He is constantly changing things up to keep it exciting and is very motivating. The hour seems to fly by! I had been in a work out lull for a couple years and after just one class knew this was what I needed to get back to it! In a short time, I started feeling better and SEEING results!! David's small group REPS training classes are amazing. In just a couple of months after starting them I saw amazing results. I quickly became stronger, more toned, lost over 12 pounds and gained more energy and endurance. It is obvious that David is passionate about fitness and it shows through the different exercises and enthusiasm he brings to every session.
