Let me tell you, my car was a mess when I first took it to Tucson Hybrids, LLC.
The police had just recovered it after it was stolen, and there had been a fire under the hood!
The first shop I took it too was afraid the fire might have affected the Hybrid System, and did not feel qualified to repair it.
These wonderful people at Tucson Hybrids jumped right in, and started to work getting my car back to as near new condition as possible. They communicated very well with me throughout the entire process, and I really liked getting their messages both through text and email. This way, I was sure

When I went to my local Ford dealership for the third time with the service light on, I was charged $150.00 for analysis, and I was told that my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid required a new hybrid battery at a cost of $10,000 and $1,000 labor for installation. I went to Tucson Hybrids for a second opinion. I was told that the problem that the regular battery needed replacement, not the hybrid battery. The cost was approximately $350.00. To date, the car is working fine. The staff at Tucson Hybrids were timely, professional and honest.

From start to finish, I absolutely loved working with Tucson Hybrids. High quality work at competitive prices. They were able to refurbish my hybrid battery that went out at about 121,000 miles and I'm back up and running smoothly-for a FRACTION of a price at a dealership. Drive a Hybrid?

I recently went to Tucson Hybrids at 8051 E. Lakeside Parkway, Suite #108. Previously, they came to my house to do repairs and routine maintenance, so this was my first visit to their new facility. Dave, the owner, and Henry, the mechanic were both there, and they both worked on the Prius I was driving, assessed the AC system and added a little freon as needed. As usual, they were transparent and honest in their assessment of the system

PLEASE don't go here. i took my prius back in july 2019, i had my battery "refurbished" and was told it should last me about 2 years. my check engine light comes back on in november 2019, only 4 months later. i go back and the mechanic himself tells me they gave me a faulty battery the first time and that's why it didn't last me. i get another battery but i have to pay 90 dollars for the labor. my light turns on AGAIN in february, again 3 months after getting the battery "fixed" again. this is around the time corona virus started so i didn't take my prius

My car had a dc/dc converter issue. Dealerships were charging $140 for diagnostic. These people are great it was only $80 for diagnostic and it goes towards the price of having the work done. The mechanic is very nice as well. He really knows what he is doing and gets it done very quickly. This is my go to place for now on.

Tucson Hybrids were a lifesaver when my 2005 Prius inverter cooler failed on a hot Tucson day. After researching as a DIY project I found that replacement was complex so I was happy to turn it over to the pros! They were friendly, knowledgeable and were willing to get my pump replaced quickly and at a fair price. A big thumbs up!

I was told by toyota that my only option was to replace my hybrid battery for $5,000. Thankfully a friend sent me a link to Tucson Hybrids. They came to my dad's house where my car had been sitting for 4 months. Took my hybrid battery on Friday fixed it and reinstalled it Tuesday right in the driveway. Way less money, way more convenient, and it's running great. Truly a blessing or I would probably still be driving dad's gas hog truck. Tell all hybrid owners you know, replacement is not your only option.
