I had 2-3 appointments to get contacts. Then we had been communicating over the phone for almost a year to decide on the colors. When I finally decided last November, they said they would send it to me and it has yet to arrive. When I try calling or emailing the clinic, no one responds. I hope they didn't just bill my insurance for everything and decide not to send me anything.

Dr Clark and his entire staff are ALWAYS amazing. They are professional in every sense but most importantly make you relaxed, comfortable and feel like you're family everytime you visit. It doesn't matter if you're there for an annual check up or simply need to pick up glasses or just have a quick question, they will always take their time with you and make sure your needs are met. There's a reason why I've been seeing them for over a decade...they are hands down the best in the area at what they do.

The most thorough eye exam I ever had (am age 72). Wide selection of frames at very reasonable prices. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.

I was on vacation to watch a baseball game and lost a contact in the pool. Called them 20 minutes before close and they got me in and got me a contact. Saved my trip! Great friendly people.

Save your time and money and go some place else. Horrible place of business. There are many other places to get contact lenses in Seattle that provide much better customer service. The obnoxious front desk lady made me wait more than a month for my contact lenses and turned out she never ordered it for me. I called and walked in, all she did was acting like an innocent child and gave me a bunch of excuses about how she just cracked her ribs last week. Disgusting behavior and very low standard of customer service.

I know being an old lady sitting in that box all day everyday gives you that disgusting

I travelled to Seattle for work recently and realized that I don’t have enough contacts to get me through the end of my trip. Since I was staying right next to that place I contacted them and asked if I could get a few daily contacts. It was Friday afternoon and time was an essence since most eye places are closed on weekends. After speaking with the lady on the phone, I was asked to email the paperwork. I did this immediately and was waiting.. and waiting and probably would still be waiting since they only responded the following week after seeing this review. And yes, there was a wrong file

Very welcoming and nice, Maria helped me pick out a pair of glasses, her experience really show when she can describe details of what to look for when picking out glasses that fit your face. I forgot the doctors name, but did an eye exam and was a smooth and quick process. Overall would recommend.

I went to Belltown Vision because it is close to my apartment but it has exceeded my expectations! The staff here is very warm, especially Maria. Dr. Clark really made my appointment for contacts super quick, easy, and he also really asked about and listened to my needs to find what worked best for me (I often fall asleep in my lenses and I have pretty poor vision). I did not know that the lenses I used to wear were so off because after Dr. Clark's fitting, I could see so much better! When I had to go overseas, Maria even shipped my contacts to me and was so helpful! It is really clear that this

Avoid this place as much as you can. Doctor is okay but the front desk lady was very rude and not organized.

Moved to Seattle from another state and wanted to get contact lenses backfilled. Dr.Clark did the exam and provided test lenses. It works okay and we had another followup. Then moving forward to order contact lenses. I was always qualified for medically necessary in my previous prescriptions and this lady just refused my request right away without checking anything. Agreed to call back but never got any call.

I haven't received my bill yet but finger crossed they're not charging

Horrible experience here. Doctor did wrong THREE times my prescription (with 3 visit to his office and consequent waiting and wasted time), at 4th, I quit and found another optometrist.
He charged me for the NO prescription and even he took my benefits for contacts lenses from my insurance.
I've to paid for another doctor without insurance and purchase my contacts without any discount because of this dishonest man.
NEVER AGAIN!

Last year, I moved back to Seattle and needed to find a new optometrist so I selected Belltown Vision as it's close to my office. As someone who has been wearing glasses since the 3rd grade and contacts since the 5th, I'm no stranger to optometrist visits and have been to quite a few different doctors over the past nearly 20 years.

My first concern was during the check-up in which I could barely see any of the showed slides (A or B? 1 or 2?) clearly, and felt they didn't have much distinction between one another. I've never experienced this before and didn't feel much

I had my yearly exam scheduled and went for it. While with the doctor I asked for a prescription for glasses. Once finished Che king my eyes and writing the glasses prescription the doctor handed me off to the front desk to pay. The annual visit charge was mostly covered by my insurance. Right after paying I asked the person behind the front desk if the prescription for glasses was also valid for contact lenses, and she told me that it wasn't and that I needed to come back another day to get a prescription for contact lenses. I asked if I could get it done right at that moment since I was

I just tried reordering contact lenses before my prescription expires NEXT MONTH and was denied. They wanted me to come in for another eye exam before doing so, I'm not really sure how legal that is, but I am switching optometrists because of this. Why would the prescription have an expiry date if they will not honor it?

My first time here and the staff was great. Easy location and parking was good plus they had a garage in the bldg. as well. Professional, friendly and very helpful. Dr Clark was nice and professional also. He answered any questions I had and took his time to explain them to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable and his office provided top notch equipment for the exam.
I picked out my frames with the assistant whom was helpful in providing feedback. The receptionist had my bill ready and explained to me in detail the charges, insurance coverage etc. I was very pleased and recommend Dr Clark and

Decent doctor. Horrible business practices. They take your money for full and then delay your prescription glasses for weeks. You should absolutely not fork out even a dime of your money on buying any lenses or glasses for this establishment.
On top of that, they never bothered to reimburse me. I had to eventually cut them off at the credit card itself.

I needed to repair my glasses and I found exactly what I needed: good repair and cheap (other shops wanted to rip hundreds of dollars from me). I don't know about other services they offer, but they solved my problem which was very difficult around downtown Seattle. Had to wait a bit for the glasses to come back, but I did not mind - plus, they repaired more than I asked for with the same amount. A rare and good experience in Seattle.

If you're looking for an eye doctor in a great Belltown location, this office fits the bill. Dr. Christopher Clark is actually really friendly and nice. But that's where the good ends.

This place can only be described as disorganized and frustrating, and I'll never go back.

My initial appointment had me waiting in the waiting room for over 30 minutes past my appointment time. After a good appointment with the doctor, I left excited about a new kind of contact he recommended and to order new glasses. I called in a few weeks after my appointment to get a copy of my contact RX

STAY AWAY!.

I went to this place a few years ago because it was close to my work and ended up leaving as I was turned off by my interaction with them. Recently I needed to get a retinal exam - as I've recently been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and figured I'd try again - they were close and took my insurance.

When I went in for a retinal eye exam - which I had called about prior to going - I found the receptionist to be kind of rude and full of attitude. When I was having the actual exam she was shoving my head against the machine - with no real care for what she was doing. They

Attentive, thorough, accommodating, and a HUGE selection. If you ever want a sure thing, give these folks a visit.

Dr. Clark is very knowledgeable and it shows. I would describe a sensation I had in my eye and knowing the kind of contacts I wear, he took a look at the curvature of my eye and explained to me why that is, and we easily fixed a problem that was bothering me for years that other doctors didn't bother with. He's was very attuned to making sure I have exactly what I want and helping me decide on what would best accomplish my needs.

I never waited more than a couple
