The comprehensive eye exam looks at your eye externally and internally for any signs of eye disease, then tests your vision in a variety of ways. If this is your first contact lens exam, don't worry. Choose a qualified optometrist and they'll answer all your questions as you go.

Dr. Lawson and team are second to none! The thoroughness and compassion demonstrated by the entire staff is amazing. I have had an exceptional experience both with routine eye exams and with the use of their advanced technology, specifically Radio Frequency and IPL treatments. It's very clear that Dr. Lawson is a progressive doctor who understands a holistic approach to treatment. Highly, highly recommend this office.

I've been seeing Dr. Lawson for over a year and absolutely LOVE her and the staff at Eyes on You! While I have always had amazing service in the past, the care they had for me this week was legendary. 3 days ago I had itchy eyes and must have rubbed one just the wrong way and ended up with what appeared to be a rapidly growing blister ON MY EYEBALL. Yes, it's as horrifying and gross as it sounds. I immediately called Eyes on You and they got me in for an emergency appointment within an hour and assured me that I wasn't going to lose my eye. Believe the reviews. I've been seeing Dr. Lawson for years after initially being saved by her during an emergency. She has, for years, proven to be so thoughtful, caring and most importantly, thorough. The education I receive every time I see her or other doctors in the practice is something I really cherish. I had been going to Eyes on You for almost 4 years. This past year was such a disappointment. I went to Eyes on You for my routine glasses/contact appointment. The appointment was quick but I didn't think much of it. With contact lense fittings Dr Lawson gives a pair of contacts to try. In previous years they were more for feel and making sure they felt good on my eyes. This time the prescription was totally off. Had a 2nd appointment with Dr Lawson and was given another trial set. I have had glasses since childhood and have decades of experiences with various different eye doctors but have never had one as thorough and attentive as Dr. Lawson. I first came here in 2019 having issues with burning from dryness. She explained to me what was happening in a way I could understand it and made a plan to switch me to daily contacts instead of the 2 week I had been wearing. It's been two years and my eyes have never felt better.
This last visit she gave me a couple different brand options to chose from and let me go home to do my own research on pricing and availability

I'm a new client at Eyes on You Seattle, and I was thoroughly impressed! They got me in quickly, which is hard to do in COVID times, and the staff was friendly and super prompt. I was so impressed with the doctor I saw, she was so thorough and was very knowledgable and helpful when it came to my fairly complicated eye prescription. I learned a few new things about my eyes and prescription as well, and happily and thoroughly recommend Eyes on Seattle!

I've been visiting Eyes on You for multiple years now. Dr. Lawson is personable and knowledgeable, and she uses state-of-the-art technology in her comprehensive eye exams. She's also very attuned to her patients' specific needs, and gives very personalized and customized advice to patients when they ask her about various products and procedures. Additionally, her office is super well decorated and you can immediately tell that they keep everything meticulously clean.

They deserve 0 stars. I saw the doctor 3 months ago, still no contacts, nothing. Last time they promised to at least update me same day--- a week later, nothing. They don't answer calls or texts leading me to believe the recent good reviews are fake. I literally have no contacts right now and when they do call back, they always have an excuse about some disaster that led to them not calling back for months. Don't waste your time here. I am now trying to work and wearing 2 week disposables for week 4 because they don't have the decency to respond about what is going on with my sample

I work near Eyes On You so I decided to give them a try for my next appointment. I was so impressed! First off, so clean inside, which is insanely important to me. I received a quick response to my appointment inquiry and was able to get in relatively quick. Dr. Lawson answered EVERY SINGLE question I had and I never felt rushed. Amazing! From start to end the experience was great. Easy to schedule an appointment, they were able to get both my daughters and I an appointment within the week. Their Covid protocol from beginning to end made me feel very comfortable taking my 2 month old and 4 year old to see Dr. Lawson.
The main reason for my appointment was because I have been concerned with my 2 month olds eyes being crossed. My older daughter never showed signs like this before so with my second child I was worried. Dr. Lawson was great and very professional and helped explain all that is going on. We will be doing more

The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I hadn't been to an eye doctor in 6 years, and they helped me get a new prescription and new pair of glasses. They were extremely helpful even when my first lenses weren't quite right too. We corrected the prescription and now I have a perfect new pair of glasses that I'm super happy with.

Love this place. After moving from Bay Area and had my own optometrist whom I adored, I was skeptical searching a newer one. My older doctor has my medical eye history which is just not a simple eye check up. I have the comprehensive one. Dr was superb and extremely knowledgeable in her way of handling me. I got an appointment promptly, booked online easily.
Shop was aestheticly pleasing and the receptionist kind. Friendly tech took me back. Then I met with Dr. Lawson. She was kind & thorough. She explained everything so well and patiently answered any questions I had no matter how silly or small. I never felt rushed.
Time to get glasses. Dr Lawson walked me out asked about my style and when I said I wanted to stay within my insurance allowance for frames she said no problem. She grabbed a bunch of frames and gave them to Jessica

I've been going here for a over 3 years and although I like the Doctor, I am very disappointed with the follow up by the staff. 3 of 3 times I have not had success.
First time 3 years ago, I ordered glasses and they did not come with the transition lenses I paid for and they had to reorder.
Second time, they never contacted me to let me know my glasses were ready.
Third time (last month), they never contacted me to let me know my glasses were ready, and they never called me back when I called and left a message asking if they were ready.
I have a 3 strikes and your out rule, so next year

I have had two fantastic experiences at Eyes On You. My first experience was when I lost my glasses and needed a new pair quickly. The second time I was looking for prescription lens inserts for my ski goggles for a short notice trip to Whistler.
