She went WAY OUT OF HER WAY to help us out in a pinch. Car Concierge Service knows what great customer service looks like and they offer it!. Heather booked our larger transport vehicle and even asked if we'd like them to pick up groceries prior to our late arrival. That was awesome. Nicole picked us up and was a great driver and a fun person!

Honestly, I can't say enough great things about this company, Heather and her drivers. We've used them three times now and they are super punctual, professional and follow up on a religious basis. Love the fact that drivers text you the day before you leave or need to be picked up. It's now one less thing I worry about especially with a somewhat mobile impaired husband. Also, when I asked about just keeping my credit card info on file Heather was able to accommodate. Awesome customer service! Big shout out to Donavon who had to wait nearly 5 hours for our plane to arrive at RSW

I cannot say enough about Heather. We had to delay our flight and arrived on Easter Sunday. Heather had no problem getting us and bringing us to Sanibel Island - the whole time keeping in touch with us via text. The car was clean and very comfortable.
I had a hard time figuring out which car service to use (there are so many listed on the RSW website). Thankfully, I no longer need to look - from now on, Heather will be my first and only call.
Believe me - this is one dedicated woman with excellent customer service.

My partner and I had been planning a trip back to Sanibel Island for months. We originally booked transportation with another company only to arrive at the airport without the transportation that we booked months in advance. Not even a simple courtesy call to let us know what was happening. We waited over an hour and believed the excuses the other company was giving us.
