We were looking for transportation to Sanibel Island from the airport and didn't want to deal with the uncertainty of a ride share. Upon landing I received a text from the driver that he was ready and waiting for us. At the end of our vacation the driver sent us a text he had arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled pick up time to take us back to… the airport. I liked that we were the only other passengers and there were no other stops to pick up separate groups. Both drivers were kind and courteous. Steve and his drivers were incredibly accommodating. They tracked our incoming flight perfectly and Gary was ready for us right outside of the PGD airport. For the return, I had to change our pickup time to accommodate crazy island traffic and they easily worked with me. Super pleased with this professional service and I would recommend it to anyone!

Thankfully I was able to find this company for our return trip after our initial company just straight up canceled on us. Not only was surfside shuttle professional, the car was much nicer (leather seats minivan vs an old suburban), car seats were new and clean and already installed - and properly, to boot. They had even remembered that I needed one forward facing and one rear facing and a booster just in case my 4yo didn't fit in the forward facing. They took credit cards vs only cash. And furthermore they were cheaper ($73 vs $125 for same route with Sanibel Limo)

We used this service to get from RSW to Cape Coral. I was extremely happy with the service. It was very easy schedule online. I received a follow-up email right away. Our flight arrived 30 mins early and I got a text notification that our car was there as soon as we got to baggage claim. The van was waiting right outside and was clearly identified. The van was clean and comfortable. The driver was very pleasant and had water bottles available for us. He took care of our luggage. Overall an extremely pleasant experience!

My In laws used this shuttle service to pick us up late on a Friday night. A quick call as we got off plane and by time we got out to to road he was there. Very pleasant Driver. Driver made us feel welcome into area, was like a family member picking us up. $$$$ was totally worth it. My inlaws and my wife have been in travel business for 32 years and my wife was really happy with service. With in laws getting older we will be using this service again and wife will be recommending it to her clients flying into Ft Meyers airport.
