This is a garbage company. You order the items, you pay for it. And then they don't ship it because they have to verify your address. You call them just to say "yes, that is my address" and then they say "oh ok, we'll ok then shipment now." It's been 2 weeks. They still haven't shipped anything yet.

DECEITFUL website that will steal your your money. I purchased a toilet seat riser that was advertised on their website as being ELONGATED because I have an ADA compliant toilet with an elongated shape. What I got was a universal toilet seat riser (it's essentially round and is supposed to lock in, that really doesn't work according to feedback I got from a local durable medical equipment company. I ordered a thermometer and when it came, the instructions were so small even with a magnifying glass I couldn't read them. I decided to return it. Called VM and inquired if the return would be free and could they send me a label. What is there not to understand about that question? I was told the return was free and I would receive a label. I printed it out and shipped it back. Was sent an email saying I was refunded half the amount. Called VM and was told that it wasn't free and I was charged for the return. I ordered a pack of 5 for a certain bandage I'd looked in 4 stores for with no luck. I found them in a 5th store after giving in and ordering them online from the vitality medical site, so I sent them an email requesting the order cancelled and refunded. Not only did they do nothing with my request, but when the package showed a few days later it contained exactly ONE bandage. At the cost of $19 dollars! I have been ordering from vitalitymedical.com for well over two years and had previously given them accolades for not only prompt deliveries, but for customer service as well. Until we’ll over a month ago when Vitality Medical committed FRAUD! Ordered crutch tips. A pretty standard item for a medical supply company to carry. They were listed as in stock on Vitality Medical's website. I got an email confirming my order. Two days later, the company emailed me and told me it was going to take them 2 months to ship my crutch tips. TWO MONTHS!

Unreliable company, paid extra money for receive an item within a few days and it has been weeks with my item nowhere to be seen and not even shipped yet according to their website. Customer service has not gotten back to me even though I got an automated email saying they would within a time frame that has already passed. This company will steal your money and run. I will have to open a case with my bank at this point because I have lost faith in ever receiving my product. I wish I would have looked this company up before buying. Save yourself the headache!!

I ordered a much needed nebulizer (we were at the point of being in the ER daily for breathing treatments and needed our own).
I was told "YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED!" Paid extra for faster shipping...contact UPS a week later...they STILL haven't been given my package for delivery. Got the run around from them every day that I asked about it.
