Terrible customer service. I would give it a "O" rating if I could. I bought an xtra large wheelchair and discovered it was too big. Exchanged it for a smaller and cheaper one. They never gave me the credit for the price difference!
When I called to enquire about not receiving the credit they responded that is was so long ago (7 months) they could not credit my Visa account, even though they acknowledged a price change between the two wheelchairs.
I then had my sister call (I bought the wheelchair for her) and they offered store credit only. They kept the difference between the two

This review is long overdue. We were looking for a hospital style bed for my mother in law due to a medical condition that warranted her to move in with family. Red Rock was the first company that I called and I’m glad I did. Suzanne, who helped me was super courteous and helpful. We ran into some minor problems with paperwork being filled out and Suzanne step up, contacted the referring doctors office and got the problem corrected quickly. The bed showed up (brand new too because of insurance reasons) in s timely manner. I should mention that they had the wrong address ( not their fault), but

Was in a bind and had to buy a wheelchair. Paid way too much for a used (trying to pass as new) chair that wasn't assembled super well. I had to tighten the forks to keep the front casters from fluttering out of control even at a comfortable walking speed. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful, but I haven't been super pleased with the design of the chair at the price it's offered at. They did offer to swap it out for an identical one which was a good gesture. It would be a good place to get day rentals because they will drop off and pick up the chair on weekdays, but if you

Purchased a heavy duty bed for my grandfather. Equipment is well made and superior to all the other brands I evaluated. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing and payment options were better than quotes from the other local companies and I felt this company was really looking out for the my grandfather's best interest. They provided a high level of care that was lacking in any of the other places I had visited. I will definitely return to them for all my medical supply and equipment needs.
