I was looking forward to working with these guys since everyone said they have great service. This is my experience: I called them about a month ago to see about renting a wheelchair in the future. They were friendly and told me to email the request to Jill. I did, but with no response. Not to worry, I had some time still. I sent a follow-up email a couple of days later to make sure they got it, no response. 2 weeks later, I send another follow-up email with no response. To keep it %1,000 when I was using, my friend and I would come here for syringes and never once did I feel judged. It was the exact opposite, I think they realize it’s better for people to use new syringes to slow the outbreak of HIV and Hep C and they treated us like actual people and their prices are always low. I would recommend Wasatch Medical to anyone with a need for medical supplies.

I have to say coming into Wasatch Medical Supply and working with Jill was a pleasure. I was looking at compression socks and they had a wide selection. Jill takes time to find out your needs and what you are trying to achieve before recommending anything. She also measures you to make sure you are getting the proper fit. Outside of myself though I was thoroughly impressed when an older lady came in to get a sock for her husband who was sick at home. This lady did not know her husbands exact measurements and was a little lost. Jill took her time to find out some specifics and instead of selling

I needed a mask for my daughter's nebulizer because hers had broken. It was 10 minutes before closing and there was no way I could get there in time. When I told him I lived too far away he said he lived in the same city as me and that he would bring the mask home with him and I could bring a check to his house. I couldn't believe his kindness. I was able to get the mask and give my daughter a much needed breathing treatment. I will never forget this place.

Wasatch Medical Supply is still in business. I just spoke to an employee, who was very friendly. If I were a business owner & a customer wanted to return an enema bag... considering where that enema bag may been placed. I would have likely refused to accept a return. It could have been cleaned up & put back in original box. Ewww! Just something to think about.

I had been searching for a reusable enema bag; you know those old fashioned red rubber, water bottle kind? Only one year ago, i was able to find them at most of the WalMart pharmacies throughout the Salt Lake Valley for less than $6 dollars AND it was a good quality product, but for some reason when they sold out, they never restocked their shelves (typical of WalMart). I was excited to find that Wasatch Medical Supply had one, but they charged $15 dollars. Ok, I know they're not a WalMart Pharmacy and that they're a specialty medical product supplier, so i would expect to pay more and at the same
