I went into JQ looking for some catheter supplies last week and was fairly lost as to the process with prescriptions, insurance, etc. I didn't catch the name of the woman I worked with, but she was great. She went above and beyond to help me get things figured out. The prices for supplies was very reasonable and she was super friendly and just made a very simple experience.

I have been a client of JQ for years and never had a issue. Including during the Covid shutdown.
However when I had to add Medicare to my insurance all things changed. Weeks waiting to get help, staff not able to do a order I was told
( only manager can do your order) I’ve offered to get any documentation they might need. But still no response. I’ve emailed, left messages to no answer. They have left me unable to check my diabetes because my transmitter is out.
Obviously they really don’t care about my health and well-being.

Each time i order supplies from JQ Medical there is a problem. They seem to be incapable to getting preauthorization from any physicians offices and I ultimately have to follow up with them to get the order processed. I just can't be that difficult. I'll be researching other options to get my son's diabetes supplies.

Was with them for years until my new insurance company recommend an online provider. After delays and poor customer service I humbling came back. As usual they had my order at my house the next day. Just want to say JQ medical is awesome to work with! I have had excellent service through them. We have ordered dibetic pump and CGM supplies through them for quite a few years. This year we were contacted by them and they let us know that BCBS would not contract with them this year but they were in hopes they could work something out with them. We were running low on CGM supplies and needed to find another supply company and was having one heck of a time.. I won’t mention what company we were trying to work with but I called them multiple times and even called my dr office to get them to fax

By far the best customer service I have ever encountered! Angela who works there is possibly the most kind person I have met. She has helped me get medical supplies for my grandma. I have been with JQ Medical Supply for years and I can't say enough good about how they have simplified managing my diabetes supplies.
Today, I had to provide itemized receipts to prevent my FSA card from being suspended and in literally less than a minute, I had the receipt in my inbox!
This company is so fantastic to work with and they even go through all of the hoops and hurdles of working with my insurance to upgrade my insulin pump at the end of its warranty.

Got my item quickly and easily, and was helped by a very polite gentleman. Pretty concerned that he was the only employee wearing a mask. It seems a retail store selling medical supplies should be especially vigilant about the mask order since most of their customers are either injured or sick, or friends and family of people who are injured or sick.
Sent an email making them aware of my concerns, and received a response that the owner has instructed the employees that they can have their masks off when at their desks, and that if I'm concerned I can ask them to put their masks on. That seems

I drove 30 miles to go there because my doctor recommended them for Compression Stockings. Ann was a sweetheart. Let me start with that. They didn't have the stockings that I needed, but they said the company could mail them directly to me for $14.00 or J Q could mail them to me for $9.00. I'm sure it wouldn't cost $2.50 to mail. I said, "No." The stockings were $91.00. I looked up the price on Amazon and for the SAME EXACT PAIR, it was $61.39 with free shipping. I decided to order from Amazon. I'm SO happy I found this place! I've had the hardest time trying to find somewhere that sells breast pumps that will bill through the insurance. I went to Alpine Home Medical they have the Medela breast pumps but told me I would have to pay $180 for the BAG it came in! I went to this place and got the Medela, it came with a little starter kit with everything I needed and I didn't have to pay a dime!! Plus the employees are so so nice. I didn't catch the guys name that helped me but he was fabulous! If I could give this place more stars I would!
