Our friendly, knowledgeable staff work hard to make your visits to our office as smooth and stress-free as possible. There is helpful information about our office here, including directions, hours, insurance and billing, payment options and financing. We offer Care Credit as a form of payment with a minimum balance of $1,000.
The Fountain has the latest in laser technology for rosacea treatment. The laser targets the vessels that start deep and head towards the surface, shown in the diagram below. These are the enlarged vessels that cause the redness. A light coating of gel is applied to the skin to help with skin cooling.

Huge fan of BBL and Dr. Birchall as a service provider. The BBL has been very effective in removing hyper pigmentation. I’ve tried everything and BBL actually works. More importantly, I’ve learned the hard way that all service providers are not created equal.
I had one treatment by a service provider in Chicago. There was no numbing cream in preparation and the nurse practitioner clearly did not have the level of expertise to assess my skin type as it relates to operation of the BBL machine to produce results.

I chose them for their location and stayed with them for the results Dr. Birchall achieved removing a very old tattoo.
I’m thrilled that I found them. I walked In to my tattoo removal session last night hunched over and in pain due to a lower back pull 2 days prior. Not only did Dr. Birchall use the most powerful Laser in the world to treat my tattoo, but treated the low back pain as well without the use of opiates and today I feel about 90% after barely being able to walk in there at 4 pm yesterday. 5 Plus stars for Rocky River Med Spa/The Fountain Clinic! As a person of color I was very hesitant to get a chemical peel after seeing horror stories online of peels gone wrong. However, once I did the consultation and meet with the staff all my fears were gone. The Medical Esthetician, Victoria, is extremely knowledgeable and gracious. I just had my second peel yesterday and I'm excited for the results and to continually working with the wonderful staff.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My experience was great. I was able to make an appointment at a convenient time in an expedient manner. The doctor explained everything very well and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Of course, the office was beautiful and clean as well. The receptionists were also very welcoming. I highly recommend.

Dr. Birchall is a smart doctor with an awesome personality! When I met with him, he took his time to explain what he was doing and why. He was thorough, professional, and very nice. He presented treatment options and answers questions thoroughly. His staff was very nice and helpful, which was a nice bonus! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

I have been going to the Fountain Clinic/Rocky River med spa for years. Dr. Birchall has always explained the procedures, pricing and follow up care or maintenance with great detail and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor that makes me feel comfortable. His staff is just as lovely as he is and they've always made me feel welcome and appreciated.

I had a red ink tattoo removed from my inner wrist and could not be more pleased with the results! I went somewhere else for my 1st treatment; it was expensive and I saw little-to-no results, so I decided to research other options. To my surprise, Med Spa was a 1/3 of the price and I saw results right away. 6 treatments later and the tattoo is gone! Dr. Birchall was great at explaining everything and made me feel comfortable during treatment. His staff was also very friendly & attentive. Thanks again, you guys are the best!
