The old Norouz Bazar in a new smaller place. Still new & needs a lot of upgrading & completing. limited merchandise. Now with a food section that has been run by different people. The food is pretty good with good portions & reasonable price. I'm glad to have them back because they're like family & rather give my business to them than the non Iranian competition markets close by.

If you're reading this review wondering whether or not to get takeout from here, please do!! I was pleasantly surprised by how good their kabobs were. Quite honestly their kabobs are better than a lot of Persian restaurants in this area (no exaggeration, I really mean this and my iranian parents agree too). Plus their prices are unbeatable for taste and quality. Please check them out and support this local small business

I could not believe that they do not have a mask in Covid-19!!! and open plastic bags with her fingers and her Saliva for food containers!!!!! They are very uncomfortable and unhealthy and it made me not accept the food I ordered and go out. I do not recommend international food of life at all !!!They worked very unsanitary...!!!!!
No No No Never Ever!!!!
I don’t recommend this place for service and food!!!!πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

Great food for takeout. great service. The location is new and kind of set back and not easily noticed from the street but the food is definitely delicious! I got the kabob and wasn't disappointed. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

I love their koobideh (ground beef) kabab. Will try their other kababs next time. It's very tasty and even next day tastes exactly as delicate. Very friendly people. Shop is clean and organized.

So happy they are back in business so I can stop going to International food Bazar. Clean organized and they have everything. They need to bring more green vegetables and fruits. The food was fantastic and great value.

They have the best khobideh and basmati rice I've had in years!

portions = huge
price = extremely reasonable
quality = fresh

If you miss having kabobs in iran- this will bring back nostalgia! I've tried many other kabob places in the bay but they've been average at best. But this place? Their food blows the rest out of the water! They even put a very generous size yogurt/cucumber and salad shirazi with every meal.

The South Bay needed you guys!

Ps. Please post your phone # for other customers on your Yelp :)

Went in while we were waiting for food from Hinodeya, and they were so nice. We picked up some nougat for dessert and some house baked bread. We'll be back for the koobideh!

It was my first time inside the store yesterday, as soon as I walked in, the old man sitting behind the register wasn't wearing a mask. I was looking around at what they had. I ended up buying some spices. The food bazaar down the street has much better selection than this market also better COVID protocols in place. Really sad because I like to support small local businesses.

I came into this market wanting to try their Koobideh plate. I went to the meat section and saw a screen but it wasn't really a menu with prices and options, so I just asked if they were serving kabobs and wanted the koobideh plate. Shortly afterwards, the gentleman came out with my food ready in a bag. I have to say it was better than what I was expecting. Definitely will come back again for their plates. It was thoughtfully packed with sumac, lavash, utensils, yogurt cucumber, and pickled veggie salad? It came with so much and the portion was huge! I have to say that this is the best compared

Produce is old and bugs flying around the area. Many expired dates on merchandise. Very disappointed.

Koobideh is amazing! The store has a good amount of persian items. But the one thing that dissapointed me was the chef in the kitchen had his mask under his chin. We are in a freaking pandemic! Why is your chin being covered and not your nose and mouth? The old guy (owner) is friendly but can be a little unprofessional. Hes always sitting at the register eating nuts with no mask. Another issue I have is that they do not provide us with a phone number. How can I reach them about a product availability? I'm that type to call before driving all the way. Other than that its a decent store.

Top Tier Restaurant Quality Kabob for Reasonable Prices
The best kabob I have had in years, which is saying a lot because I buy kabob once every 2 weeks for my family.
The kabob is juicy and comes with tomato, lavash and rice, where as in most places the tomato is separate and costs $3 extra. I will not buy kabob anywhere else from now on. This is by far the best in San jose.

The prices for persian products in the grocery section are also way cheaper than other persian and arab super markets.
