Beyond a lifesaver especially in these times. delivered very proficient to the door no problems with delivery. the products are fresh from all the deep & laxmi spices to the nanak ghee ( a must to make my grandmother's gujiyas yummy) to the sweets & cookies .
Fair pricing they're not gouging you and the majority of the stores around here do for that reason I usually shop in the city. Please note that groceryonwheels charges for the entire order and if they are unable to fulfill part of the order, they only issue store credit. They do not refund the money.
My last transaction resulted in a credit card fraud and I was left with store credit for the unfulfilled items. I attempted to place an order with just the store credit but their website did not allow that.
Customer service (Surajit) was of no help either. All they said was to try placing the order after some time. When I tried again, the store credit was wiped out. Effectively, I lost the store credit that I used towards

During lockdown I was desperate to order online and tried their website. They charged me the for all the items on the cart but delivered only the items they had and never paid back the remaining. Additionally, their coordination was poor.
On a side note, I saw some fraud transactions on my credit card exactly after paying them on their website. I had to cancel my card. May be their website is hacked or may be they have nothing to do with it. Even if it is the latter, I would still rate them 1 star for above mentioned reasons.

DATA BREACH AND TERRIBLE DELIVERY EXPERIENCE
When I first vetted out this business, I checked the Yelp reviews [ordered at the end of March] everything seemed fine. Two days after I received my order, I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I came back to Yelp and saw that I am not the only one - many others who ordered the same time that I did also had fraudulent charges on their cards. My guess is that they have had a data breach and are clueless and / or unwilling to fix it.
Before that happened, I was planning to give them 3 stars, because the quality of their products was good. However

We have ordered once through them and the experience was wonderful, great service and great people. I requested them early delivery due to some special circumstances in our family and they delivered the groceries with in few hours, (yes, during this current corona virus situation). Customer service is great they called and emailed us to inform us about order from time to time. I will not hesitate to use their services again and would recommend everyone else too.

I had great experience with them. Customer care is accessible easily, helpful and responsive.
Ordering through them was very easy. They did not have some item and they even offered to provide substitutes to me, which I really appreciate. The reason I took off one star is because I feel the delivery time was longer than I wanted, if they work on that part then it couldn't be better.

Please see the reviews that started after I posted the credit card fraud review. Looks like this is a pattern. We should all file police reports and join a class action lawsuit. This company is totally blind, no owner listed - non-reachable address and phone number. Looks like their main business is selling Credit Card details on the grey market rather than selling groceries. My fraud transaction was being sent to a UPS lockbox in Manhattan NY - looks like part of a criminal ring

I also noticed a $400 fraud transaction on my credit card. They don't receive calls also and even after repeated emails to customer care they didn't respond.

Beware!! I urge all the customers out there to avoid ordering anything from Grocery-on-Wheels at any cost. It is a fraudulent company and my credit card has been compromised just days after providing payment information on their website. Similar thing with my friend happened as well and her card was compromised too.

Good and helpful service. But the card details we enter in their portal are compromised and I have received a notification for $6000 transaction after few days on the same card. Thankfully fraud protection avoided me any charges.
Later realised many others have gone through same.
Please make sure to track all your transactions if you used the service.
Except for above issue, service was fast than expected delivery date and good.

I used them in month of Feb and early March 2020 (before COVID_19). The service was ok,but little bit delayed.
Now with Covid 19 , they are charging shipping fee even if orders are less than 35 and that is fine too, but they have increased the price of almost all items by $1 -$3 which is unacceptable. Price surging in such extreme conditions shows how much you respect your customers.
I do not recommend them.

At the time I reviewed this business the first time, my credit card was fine but a couple of days later I received a text from my credit card company stating they have declined some of the transactions and upon review, I learned that my card was compromised and there were fraudulent charges of worth around $700 and this happened only after placing that order on Grocery On Wheels. Now I've to go through the inconvenience of having my card blocked and waiting for the new card to arrive.
So please do yourself a favor and skip this place.

It seems that this company has disappeared from the face of earth except their banner updates on the website.
I placed an order on 3/16 during anxious times of Covid-19. The order went through but unlike website mentioned, there was no email confirmation, no delivery made on the promised time, and no updates provided on the order. I tried reaching out to them on email - no response, phone - no response (it says 'call cannot be completed'), facebook - no response.
I had to finally buy grocery elsewhere and dispute the credit card charges.

While the prices are pretty competitive but navigating through website was a hassle. It's tooo slow.
