With over 36 years of experience behind me, I can quickly tailor a program to meet your unique and specific needs. All Training Options are optimized to make the most of your time and effort, helping you to achieve the results you want without having to "live at the gym", or do things like weigh your food, or count every calorie.

At New Energy & Weight-loss Training Systems, our proprietary, advanced systems work together yielding results larger than the sum of their parts. NEWTS Weight Training Systems utilizes personal assessments, functional intra- and inter-muscular training approaches, and a proprietary periodization technique called an Integrated Periodization Model (IPM) to program continuous changes that ensure continued forward progress.
My name is Paul NEWT. I have 35+ years of training experience, 25+ years of coaching experience, and have won titles in bodybuilding, powerlifting, and weightlifting. In addition to my many years of experience, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Education & Promotion, with concentrations in Psychology and Engineering, and numerous certifications in nutrition, exercise, and technology (More about Paul.).
Although you may not NEED a gym membership, a strength and conditioning facility with the right equipment can definitely make it a thousand times easier to achieve your health and fitness goals. It does certainly HELP to have more TOOLS available to you to get the job done. It's always the same old story - start today, quit tomorrow.
