I am a property owner that recently rented my townhome through Mountain Haven Property Management. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism this company provides. Sandra was particularly helpful with setting it up, finding great renters and even quickly setting up a repairman when a repair was needed. I highly recommend this company!!!

I would highly recommend Sandra Paden for any of your real estate needs. Sandra managed the property that I rented for 6 months in Georgetown, CO when I moved across the country from Georgia and made the move an easy + enjoyable experience for me. Fast forward a year later, and Sandra was able to assist in my search for a new available property. Although her management company did not have any available properties in the area, she was more than happy to help with real estate questions and concerns I had moving back to Clear Creek County. I could not recommend her enough. Kim is amazing as well

Sandra has been amazing and flexible. They allowed me to move in much earlier than anticipated and worked with me on the deposit as I am a single mother of a medically fragile child. They’ve been responsive to maintenance requests and have communicated with me when necessary. Not an overly demanding property manager and an awesome company to rent from.

Kim and Sandra are the absolute best property managers I have ever worked with! They are both super friendly and laid back yet the utmost professional team in the area.

Right from our first meeting I knew I could trust Kim and Sandra with my property. I did a short term rental through Mountain Haven Property Management last winter as a 6 month furnished leased.
